Do not book with Prestigia ever, my first time booking has been a total nightmare! I had to cancel my booking because of a family matter on the 9th November 2024, and despite numerous emails & phone calls asking where my refund is, still 20th December 2024 I still have not received it, despite being told i should within 5-7 days. Not a company a consumer can trust. Stay away from them.

Quick and easy! The site was easy to navigate! I had no trouble at all! Called the hotel the next day to make sure everything was fine at their end and they confirmed they'd received the booking and payment!

I called the hotel and everything was fine and they had my reservation so I felt fine. It was very easy. I mean the original price of course was excellent but it did not include the $50 a day resort fee so added on a bit but it was still a good price.

Good location excellent price for a 4 star hotel easy to book
I wasn't told upfront that Discover was not accepted for booking & this was the FIRST time I was ever asked for "Bank Name": a bit confusing. That said, the price was right. The Whiskey was well packaged. Shipping was prompt and delivery expeditious. I will, most probably order from them again.
Loved that I received a call regarding why payment wasn't going through. I was able to resolve the issue with my bank and book my trip.
I received two emails one was a confirmation and the second was a cancellation which caused some confusion. I had to call to clear it up.
