I purchased a team shirt from Prep Sports early today. When I checked my invoice, I noticed they didn't have the name & number on the back of the shirt. That I wanted. I know I wrote this information when I was placing the order. When I contacted Prep Sportswear, Adrianna was the customer service representative to not take care of me. I asked if I should cancel the order or add the name & number and pay any additional charges they have. She said I couldn; t cancel the order and she couldn't make any additions to rhe order because "it was more than 2 hours and our system automatically shuts us out" If this is true, which I doubt, this is the most asinine system I have ever encountered. I could understand if they shipped the shirt (which they haven't). I placed the order 6 hours before initially contacting them. This is so ridiculous! Mat Eisenstadt
I purchased a hoodie for my son that is good quality, but when it arrived, it is way too small for him. This company does not offer any returns or exchanges, so I'm losing out on the money spent. Their customer service is horrible. Don't waste your money! Go with a smaller, local business to purchase similar items from, if possible.
Ordered product 4 weeks before event. 3 weeks out and no product or shipping notification. Site says ships in 3-5 business days. No product for the event now.
Fast delivery and quality merchandise. I did want to order a sweat shirt for my son but the design would not allow you to skip placing a player's number on it. This feature does not allow non-athletes to purchase your item.

I ordered two shirts, I ordered the name and number on both of them for the back of the shirts. I got them nothing on the back of either one of them, number on the front of one of the shirts. No resolution, company does not care!
Most sizes out on the Polo Shirts! So, can't order any of those! They seem to have changed their format. Not sure if its for the better or not. I think I liked the old format a little better. Overall well done though.
You might not want to publish my experience. The shopping part was ok but the quality of the product for the price was very poor. Who sells a sweatshirt out of tight polyester with a poor screening job.

The code for a 40% discount I was promised and was expecting turned into a 20% discount only at checkout and with sales tax and delivery fees it was just way too expensive. I don't think I'll order from you again.
I ordered some college apparel for my daughter and noticed that her college had many options specific to their major. Hers was not an option, I emailed them and they had her major on the site in less than a week! They have a good variety of quality apparel that arrived in a timely manner.
Finding the items I wanted was easy getting their ordered was easy the time it took to get the item shipped was much much shorter than I thought. It would be a seven day timeframe from the day ordered to the day I received delivery is extra extraordinary and much quicker than I expected
