You did a fine job of taking and shipping our order. I realized after the Hot Water heater arrived that it did not have the electronic ignition the old one did, but that was my fault for not paying closer attention to details. It is in and works fine. It now has a few limitation like not being hooked up to the inside switched to start the propane heat from inside the trailer.
Very smooth order so far. The only thing I did not like was I did not receive an E-Mail with a tracking number so I could keep up with the shipment.
The online service at PPL is always incredible. No one is faster or better! I placed the order one day and the item was at my house the next. What could be better?
