Pleased so far. Best price I have found and shipping was very reasonable. Thank you! My toilet arrived packed extremely well. A little to well in fact. Some of the expanding foam accidentally got inserted up against the top and back of the toilet itself and this created a real problem getting it all cleaned up but over time I got it done. I addressed this concern with PPL and they have taken steps to insure this does not happen on future sales by being more careful when injecting the expanding foam tube prepping for shipments. I have every faith that this will not be a factor on future shipments.
