Simple and no hassle.

It stated that you needed the Model and Serial numbers to order this part and you never asked for them! Why?

Wiring directions were far more complicated than necessary. Forget them and just wire up direct.

I paid for 2 day delivery. It was not received in time.

Phone ordered, due to difficulties with the online order form repeatedly asking for information already entered.
Phone order was very smooth and the employee very courteous.
Packing list showed included instructions for the regulator, but none were included. Sourced them online.

Was not expecting 5 day wait to obtain item before shipping. Everything about the order (price, delivery after shipping, etc) was just as I expected. Had I been informed of the shipping delay would not have been a concern.
