We were so pleased with our whole experience purchasing our washer from PPL. The two fellows we talked to while ordering the washer were very courteous, and knowledgeable. We ordered our washer on Monday and it was delivered to our door on the Thursday which was much faster that we were told. The company PPL used to deliver the washer was excellent. The washer was in excellent condition, and the driver was very courteous and careful.
We would order from PPL anytime.

The delivery was prompt and uneventful.
I have always gotten good service from PPL and the latest transaction was no exception. Good products, good price and acceptable shipping. The only issue I have is with the online ordering in that I ordered on a Tuesday and the shipment wasn't readied until Friday. I knew that when I ordered so it wasn't a problem but it would be helpful in the future if the shipment could be sent earlier than a week after the order was placed.

Easy website to navigate GREAT PRICES
This unit is lighter weight than the Paralax model I replaced, which kind of threw me at first, then I thought about it, and why wouldn't you design a product for an Rv to be as light as possible? It fit the opening and works just fine, used the same screw holes and installed easier. Because it was lighter, it was easier to work with The last three converters in my 1993 5th wheel were all Paralax...they all went out. I am more than happy to try this one for half the cost.

I purchased the safe-t-plus steering stabilizer, has not been installed yet, but the service I received when ordering was superb. All questions that i asked were ansewred. I will install when the weather warms up.
Paid extra for 3-day FedEx shipping and received product on the fifth day. Furnace (Surburban DYNATRAIL NT-40) was received with a mis-aligned blower cage which the installer had to correct which resulted in longer installation time. The furnace has a very high pitch whine when cycling through from on to off that is very annoying and which could possibly damage one's hearing over time. There are other rv's in our park that exhibit this same high pitch noise when their furnaces are operating so the manufacturer must be to blame.
