It has rained almost constantly here sine I recieved the order so it isn't installed yet. Judging from my order experience, I would guess that you would help me if I do have any installation problems.

I rated the overall experience a 4 out of 5 due to the web site could be a bit more user friendly. When searching for specific items such as the tow handle for the Tote n Carry was a bit difficult to find. All in all I have purchased a few items from PPL over the past 5 years and have found that the selection is superior and that the customer service, when needed, is bar none. I am further really pleased that there is a shop that will be opening in the DFW area and is much closer than order from Houston.
I ordered a replacement toilet for our RV while in Las Vegas figuring that I would be home in plenty of time to receive the shipment. To my surprise, the order arrived at my door the day after we returned home. Great service! A couple of years back, I ordered replacement parts for our automatic entry steps.
The next day while I was underneath the coach removing the broken parts, the order arrived at our site in the RV park. I have got to say that we are very happy with PPL's parts and delivery.
