PPL did great. Product booklet left out much needed details

The correct propane tank arrived fast but the paint was a bit scratched up and had green paint on it, like it had been dragged on the shop floor.
Also the Pack list part number does not match the part number on the sales order even though it is the correct item.

PPL sells quality name brand products at a reasonable price. Bought many times from them and very satisfied every time.

Pretty good website and great selection. But about your hours: Do people never have real problems with their RV on the weekends? Perhaps some presence on Saturday and Sunday would be advised.

How about adding a cross referecne from your incandecent bulbs across to newer LED lights (using the great cross reference you have built but adding another dimension?

Would have liked a little more detail like package contents such as supplied bracket like they used to be sold with. But not a huge deal. Product received fast but was partially wrapped in paper where particles could enter gas inlet and black round cover on top that say's do not remove just falls off. Still need to hook up and see how well it works.

The service department was very knowledgeable about the part that was required for a 2005 motorhome shipping and pricing was great and the part arrived with no damage and on time.

Simple and direct. Water heater arrived on time and in good condition. Thank you.
