I can always find what I need at PPL and it's nearly always less expensive than buying it locally, even with shipping! That includes 3 water heaters and a satellite dish over the past 4 years.
Received a microwave oven that was broken, called customer service and they sent me another one right away

The active system for ordering awning worked out for exactly what I needed. The only issue I had was with delivery. I had a 30 minute heads up that my delivery would be at my home and needed a signature. It just happen that I was home but, I didn't know the day it was going to be delivered. Luckily it worked out.

The issue was the cage was bent, probably in shipping; tech used the original so that worked out ok.
The second issue was only that he needed to use a reducer to go from 3/8 to 1/2 (or other way around, can't remember) on the gas line.
All considered, for a RV that is 18 years old I was lucky that I was able to find a replacement and that it went right in. I will be calling you when I am ready to replace the water heater with a tankless one. Once my tech tells me it is possible to do:-)
