Product is okay billing practices suspect
March 4, 2025

Without my consent or knowledge they billed me for several years for almost several thousand dollars and I'm struggling to get back fees for a service that I am not using in an account that is not in my name. I hope they wake up and pay what is due or there will be legal action and further complaints.
