Software works. Scam exists because you cannot unsubscribe as per the advertisement. I had to cancel my credit card to get this tar baby off my back.

Near to impossible. All they offer is a general support email and a online form where there is no copy of what you sent or when you sent it.
By law in the USA they have to make it easy to cancel.
Before they became a huge company they seemed more trustworthy. Now, they engage in deceptive business practices.
