Do not buy from this site. I used paypal to purchase from them. I had to contact paypal to get my money back. I guess paypal knew how this company operates because they were quick to give me my money back. I will not be buying from this site every again
8 weeks to deliver! Customer service is impossible to reach and can't help. They apparently dont know how to mail and track a package. Their web site lists perfect reviews of 5stars - but there is no place to leave a review. From my impression, they are bogus reviews and the company is unwilling to list all of their reviews.
Tried to get replacement batteries for Makita drill. Batteries sent were cheap knock off that totally under performed. Customer service was terrible. Will never buy from them again.
Weeks went by. No product was delivered. Will not respond to email. Phone is always full. I don't think I will ever see my money again.
My husband just got his makita batteries. He charged both of them and they got so hot! They are junk from the get go. Do not buy from this company.
