This is too much to log in to site and not very responsive
Will use for other businesses. Very easy to access. Easy to navigate
I need an address for my business and received one within minutes
Kevin gave an excellent service, always attentive and helpful, remember me quickly.
This is one of the most convenient services I've come across. I don't like my mailbox being filled up with unnecessary mail and this gives me the option to only receive the important documents, bills, etc. I get a notification showing what I received and if I want it forwarded to my mailbox or not. Its easy to use, inexpensive, and extremely conducive for me.
Great service!
Lost my mail. Forced me to do the run around to see of the post office received it which they said they never did. Offered no support or explanation as to where the mail went and no proof the letter was ever foreword. Fine until you have a problem and then ZERO support!
Their service doesn't work--all of your mail simply gets thrown away. However, they have a big army of bots leaving reviews in order to make it look like they have a real service.
Run, don't walk. They just want to steal your money.
I have not experienced such a lack of communication between a business and its customers. Absolutely dreadful.
It was greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat
Totally recommended to family and friends, I found a professional and secure service, besides their great way of handling customer's complaints. Keep the great work guys
It's been cool so far - I'd like a little more time to use the service before I give my final review though.
There was a 2 day issue with their third party notary service but other than that I've gotten everything taken care of I belive.
While there were some issues on initially setting up the account I was pleased to see a response from customer service clarifying the issue at hand. I look forward to using those service moving forward and see how it goes.
It's a really cool service - and I'm excited to see how it really works. Just signed up earlier this week. Sent a test letter locally about three days ago. Has not yet appeared in my inbox. Curious to see how long it takes to show up!
Had some confusion over the necessary forms and was contacted within an HOUR. Had all my questions answered, was given a clear idea of what would happen next and how long it would take for my mail to roll over to the new service, and overall was absolutely delighted. Best customer service I've had all year - I'm definitely impressed, and have only been a customer for an hour and a half so far!
The service is easy to sign up for. I also appreciate the convenience of going to the location and dropping my form off there - he was very friendly and helpful. This is a gem for small business owners!
Terms & Conditions were a bit long and disheartening. (Is it really necessary to make me say that I will hold you harmless for INTENTIONALLY causing damage or destruction to my mail? Pretty distasteful, guys.)
Otherwise happy with being able to choose my own address (some other services I looked at didn't tell you what you'd be getting in advance, let alone allow you to choose). We'll see how the actual scanning and forwarding goes.
I would HIGHLY recommended using PostScan Mail for all of your business needs. The set up was self-explanatory, and I absolutely love the ease in getting mail notifications. When mail arrives to my virtual mailbox, I am immediately notified via email that something came in. I am then prompted to log into my account and I get to choose whether the mail should be shredded/recycled, scanned, or forwarded to my local address. It's that easy - and everything is done remotely.
Used the online notary service that PostScan recommends and was processed the next business day with a confirmation email. Too early to know if they will contact me (email) each time I receive mail, but that is the key to this service, as a competitor had stopped notifying me each time mail arrived and I had to check constantly, even after informing them and confirming my email address.
While this service does contract with mail stores, they offer buildings as well (which I chose to use for my address) and I am so far satisfied with my downtown suite address!
Low life criminals
These are fake reviews
We were with them for a while
It's a racket
They should be shut down
Easy to sign up and set up the next steps. About the notarization, it would be great to have more information on what is notarization and the usps form of what it is and why fill it out? Also it caught me a bit off guard to meet with a certified person to ensure the form was correct. I would provide statements of what happens next after signing up? That way, I would know what to expect from the user experience side. Overall, it was a really nice experience.
