I did not expect to have to acquire a form from the usps office.
It felt misleading that the address displayed during signup doesn't include and PMB value but after signup is complete the address provided has a PMB.

Easy to sign up and set up the next steps. About the notarization, it would be great to have more information on what is notarization and the usps form of what it is and why fill it out? Also it caught me a bit off guard to meet with a certified person to ensure the form was correct. I would provide statements of what happens next after signing up? That way, I would know what to expect from the user experience side. Overall, it was a really nice experience.
