I had a great shopping experience here, I had no problems with delivery, I received my dress in a few days. It was exactly what I asked for, not a problem as I once thought. I don't order clothes online just because of size and quality issues, I like to see them before my purchase, so this was a first time experience for me and I was not disappointed. I will shop with these girls again :)

I returned shoes that were the incorrect size due to their size conversion chart. They never paid the refund. Return cost huge. False advertising returns policy.

This is an Asian company, mailing from China. Returns cost $40-100 shipping, and questionable if they will accept them. Poor, inconsistent quality. Sizing all over the map, inconsistent. Bought 4 items of the same size. 2 too small to get on. Sleeves of different lengths and too short, one way shorter than the other. Poor customer service. These guys should be shut down!

I have ordered from 11/20/17 It has been almost over 7 weeks I have not heard or received anything from you guys even tracking number or customer service I need my money back to my account please and I have been sent them my message several times but they have not taken what I have ordered and after they took my money do not buy anything from this website

I bought 4 clothes for about $110. Seems a good deal. However, I only received 3. Then two clothes don't fit well. I requested to return it for refund, and was told that I can only ship it back by post office. I went to post office, and found out the shipping fee for two clothes is $60. When I turn to FEDEX to ship it, FEDEX told me that the zip code (*******) is too vague to deliver. Strange.

Notice that all the 5 star reviews are written in exactly the same style, by persons whose first language is not English and never, ever, give any details of what was actually purchased? That's because a company that will scam you over product is also scamming you with their own reviews. Don't touch with a bargepole.

I sent items back in Dec 2018 because their products are so cheap. They provided (let me reiterate that THEY PROVIDED) a return label to be attached to the items being returned. I received my items back in MAY 2018, FIVE months later because they refused to take back the item. Called my credit card company and they said they can't do anything because its past the time allotted for a dispute. Its a complete fraud and scam!

1. The first dress color is close to RED, Size: length is 33 inches, not 36.4
2. Black knit cardigan is very short: Size: length is 27 inches, not 31,1 inches
3.4, Plaid dresses length is little less than 32 inches, not 34.3

The pictures on the website and the dress I received quality is totally different, just to name few.

I purchased approximately $150 worth of products from this company. First off, it took about six weeks for my items to arrive. Secondly, when they arrived, the sizes were not American. I ordered a 2XL which is large by American standards and when I received the items they were really sizes small and extra small by American standards. I believe my items came from China and when I tried to contact them there is no phone number only an email. I emailed them and stated I wanted a refund as the sizes are not American sizes and nowhere on their website did it state that the sizes are Asian sizes. Tiny sizes. They refused to give me a refund and they told me to give the clothes to someone I knew that was thin. Also a jab at my weight! And that was the end of it. They absolutely refuse to work with me and stated even if they allowed me to return the items that it would cost more than what my hundred and $50 bill was as I would have to pay customs etc. A very dishonest company. They also do not have any information on their website about their company. Do not use this website. The clothing you will receive and the sizes are not as the website describes and you will not be able to get a refund. Buyers beware!

This is a Chinese scam business! You can not trust what you see in picture.
I received a horrible pink cloth with tilted pockets and very short narrow sleeves.
They admitted to shipped wrong item to me after I send 2 pictures what I received and what I saw their website. Its only matched the color of pink cloth...
BUT STILL, they can refund me only 50%, why I have to pay 50% of their mistake to shipped. This is a joke, I wish they will stop messing around.

I bought the Vintage Artificial Leather Solid Rivet Womens jacket. What I RECEIVED was a polyester, sateen Evil Kneivel jacket! The picture showed a faux leather with studs. I didnt even get real studs! It is printed on the sateen. I could wear this with red underwear and dress as Wonder Woman for Halloween! It is one of the worst bait and switch scams that I have ever encountered! Also bought another jacket that I will be wearing, even though one arm is longer than the other. Also bought the Warm Nubuck Square Heel Plus size boot. The top where you put your foot into is so small that I could barely stick my hand in. I also need to add that my Artificial leather (not) jacket was regularly 93.25, but I thought was a great deal for the sale price of 37.30. The sateen jacket that I received I would not even pay 5.00 for! I just hop that I have helped someone else that works hard for their money to NOT shop on this site! I wish I could post pics on here!

I ordered several items, the pictures looked great, but after the 6 week+ wait I finally received the garments and was deeply disappointed in the material, which was of the poorest quality, and disappointed in the fit of the garments, which were all several inches off the standard for the sizes I ordered, not to mention the garments were not woman-shaped; looked like the dresses and blouses were made for flat-chested 9 year old boys. A real bait and switch scam.

Took weeks and many emails to find out where the two items were... arrived 2 months later, and WRONG SIZES. The XXL capri pants (on the tag) were actually XXS
On the inside label; gave them to a tiny neighbor.
The stretch tights were the same; all I could think about was "where do i put the other leg?" another give away as it was too much trouble to argue.
DON'T EXPECT MUCH IF ANYTHING AT ALL.
And a refund? From CHINA? HAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

The clothes I purchased were totally not as pictured on website. Extremely poor quality and fit. XL jacket was like a child size. "Faux fur" was like felt. Then when requested return, I found it would cost $65 to ship back to China! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. SCAM AND FRAUDULENT REPRESENTATION. SHOULD BE BANNED. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE MATERIAL IS GARBAGE FROM CHINA. The shoes that I ordered look NOTHING like what was shipped to me. UGLY!
I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM POP JULIA - CHINESE GARBAGE!
Returns are almost impossible. I will be dontaing these to the local Goodwill - not sure if anyone there would want them, they are so ugly and cheap.

The quality were really bad, spent almost $200 for clothes but none of them is as the same style and quality as description as website, got my package in one month and still 2 items are missing.
They never want you return. I have submit return request but no shipping back address given and they auto close the request even if you just received package just 2 days. Then you have to accept what you got.
Never shop here again. Worst the worst.
The money they steal will not make them rich. They will get punished one day, I believe!

The worse quality of clothing I have EVER ordered on line and I order online often. Customer support is the worse and it has been over two months and I have not received my refund. To return the merchandise was costly and I will NEVER order from this company again.

My strong suspicion after appalling experience is that this may just be a scam.
I ordered 'clothing' in December that was eventually dispatched from UK centre a month later. No labels on anything, very odd fabric, bizarre sizes - just didn't look like actual clothing. Is the fabric even fire safe. Forced to return to China at own costs despite querying why couldn't return to UK dispatch centre. I paid for Royal Mail tracking so saw safely arrived in China one month ago. Pop Julia deny receiving it - surprise surprise. Deny responsibility for 'customs' or 'lost'. Don't ever buy from them.

If you don't like the product, just pay return shipping... to CHINA. Of course that costs more than the purchase. The fabric was as thin as a child's Halloween costume. The garments were entirely too small for adults, and PopJulia called the unfinished seams a "fashion element".

Feels like a well oiled scam to me... including 'positive' reviews.

I saw the exact item - Mini Graphic Print Dress in pink or red - on StyleWe, which I purchased from Pop Julia, who uses PayPal to send your money to ChicV International.

Items take up to 2 months to receive. Quality is very hit and miss! The item I purchased above is completely see-through and unwearable as a dress. Items are non-returnable as they take too long to ship back - as advised by their customer service centre - so you are only offered a 15% credit voucher or 20% refund. Either way, you're stuck with defunct clothing items.

Do not buy from this company or Pop Julia.

Be careful of what you order... IT IS "IMPOSSIBLE" to return or exchange a product as they are based in China... you have to spend shipping back to China and another shipping for the new exchanged item. Their US size chart is INACCURATE... I ended up getting the wrong size. I bought a dress which should have been "linen" BUT ITS NOT. I bought a lot of dress from them in the past, but this time I AM SO DISAPPOINTED... Not happy with customer care... I am NOT purchasing any product from this company anymore.

Beware of this company! Took over a month to receive & when received, clothes looked nothing like pictures with strings hanging from seams & very cheaply made. They required me to expensively send back to them & I still havent received all items ordered. This company should be investigated & not allowed to sell to US consumers!

I purchased 3 sweater dresses and a pair of shoes. One dress was so small a 10 year couldnt wear it. Another had ink marks on it and the shoes never arrived until I asked for money back for them and 3 months later they showed up. I asked 3 times for a return label to send the other items back and they would never respond back. So Im stuck with wrong sizes and damaged clothes and no way to get my money back. DONt ORDER FROM THEM. THE ARE VERY TERRIBLE!
