Sorry service

The Popeyes in Bay Minette will soon be closed if the store continues to treat customers they are currently. More and more the customers have to cater to the retailer look around in Bay Minette. I called to find out if the lobby would be open for dine in, they said but of course only to drive there and find a sign on the door sorry drive thru only. If you are the owner of the Popeyes in Bay Minette you better get on top of it or be prepared to close.

Used to be an experience, Louisiana Kitchen! Now its just just small portioned dried up fried over fried chicken with no flavor,no Dirty rice and they have raised the price so much I will never go back,if Im paying that much for garbage food,Im going to pay th fir an actua restaurant! Sad and dissapointing,I used to really love going there.

I stopped for a snack on a trip I was taking. I have always loved Popeye's chicken so I decided to get a small snack, 3 chicken strips, no breading and a small diet Coke. The price was over $12.00! I was incredulous! A family of 4 was eating a meal at a table. I was tempted to ask them if they had to refinance their home to pay for this meal!

Manager Janette was rude

So me and my boyfriend goes to Popeyes the one in bvl and the manager was so rude handing out the food and drinks. So disrespectful and we wanted to get the manager she says she is the manager then she didn't apologize for her behavior. Don't come to this Popeyes staff was really rude

First I looked at the online menu before I hit the drive thru. Ordered the flounder sandwich which they don't sell but still advertise. So I had to find something. I went with the shrimp tackle box and ordered the 8 piece nugget dinner for the wife. Well, it was 3 pm and from the extra shrimp they gave me let me know they gave me all the noon left overs. They were cold, tuff and had so much batter I had to send a search team to look for the actual shrimp. Btw.didn't find any.I did eat 3 just to make sure they were as bad as the first one and yep they were. The wife said the chicken was as bad as my shrimp. She tried one of mine but I took her word and didnt try hers. Well, we won't be going back. We aren't going away mad, just not going back.

The older woman part of customer service and her assistant who did the payment when we picked up were grouchy. This older Mexican (not to be racist, I am not white) older woman actually kind of yelled at me when I said, We need non spicy. She answered in loud voice, "I know!" She took all my appetite away from eating and going to PopEyes anywhere. This is not fair! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Unsatisfied customer

Popeye Chicken I had a two piece chicken and mac and cheese and biscuit i was not at all pleased with the meal the chicken was hot but it had no taste to it and the biscuit was awful and cold and the mac and cheese tasted like it had been in the case too long and then reheated up and the service was not inviting at all no customer service skills at all.

Pigpen

Stopped into the Popeye's on Miller Road in Flint, Michigan for the first time. Outside had trash everywhere. Asphalt was broken up and weeds growing up everywhere. It looked like a warzone. They stated they were only taking cash at the drive thru and debit or credit would need to go inside. I went inside and first thing you see is what looks like barf all over the front door glass. The inside looked as bad as the outside and the air conditioner wasn't working.
The workers were sweating all over the food and the place stank. Popeye's is the worst.

Monument Road Popeye's LC has unprofessional and just ignorant staff. Website and front door indicate closes at 10pm. I get there at 8:55pm and all I hear is "we closed!" Over and over. Even after I asked what time did you close because website and door indicate otherwise!? Can't get good help today?! Why is that? Whatever! I know how to fry good chicken! Lol! SMH

No chicken

There's no excuse for being out of chicken during dinner hours, 5-7pm. People don't care if someone ordered 36. That's three 12'ves, three customers. If that's all the food you are going to have ready on a regular basis you will lose customers. If you don't want food waste then you are in the wrong business. You will lose more money by losing customers.

Popeyes needs to stick with what they know = chicken. Just had their new fish sandwich and every bite had that yuck fishy taste. I threw it away and will be going back for a refund.

Freaking HORRIBLE
June 21, 2022

Made an online order got to the location in 5 minutes, waited in the drive thru line 30 minutes, cashier was upset because I requested my fries fresh because cold fries are nasty, she told me "your order is already made." I DONT CARE my food is paid for and i my soda was sitting for 30 minutes so when I asked for them to replace that, they gave me soda with no ice. Let's not mention the lobby was closed when I walked to the door. A girl told me it was closed and I attempted to tell her I had an online order but she walked away. What's the point of online ordering if I had to still WAIT as if I was ordering?

Worset Popeyes Ive EVER been to

I went to this Popeyes for the 2nd time this month both times they had no chicken. The 1st time was understandable as it was at 8:30 pm on a weekday so maybe it was close to closing time. But the 2nd time was at 4 pm and when I stated I wanted to wait the person working the drive-thru said DAMN! Well, its going to be like 15min. I said that would be fine. After waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes as instructed when I placed my order. I went inside to see that the chicken that was under spicy (what I ordered) was being used to fill new drive-thru orders. So I flagged down the manager who said my bad. I'll have to drop more if you want to wait. So of course, I didn't and he said I can give you what I have. SMH

Bad customer service
December 8, 2021

I ordered through doordash and the store canceled my order, I went there to get order it which they had my bag ready and charged me full menu price for all the items ordered. I had to spend 8 more dollars that what the online price was for the same food that was cold because it had been sitting there. I do not recommend ever gracing this store with your business. Go to KFC or Chikfila and be treated with decent customer service. DO not i mean do not waste your time or money on popeyes. I was trying to order the meal deal 4 sandwiches, fries, and 4 biscuits for 19.99 ended up getting the food myself by driving there for 28.00. So much for a dashpass

Good for bad service.

I heard the food is good however the svc is very poor.
I've seen an employee having kids and grandkids in there. Another just gossiping. However, the guys were working. They close the door at 5pm and everyone has to go through the line. I've seen about 7 vehicles leave. I wanted to see how long it would take for me to receive my order. It was 45mins in line. Bottom line,, Good food bad service.
Also family and friends shouldn't
Occupy the space at the store unless they too are customers.
Bad business on Howard.

4xs ive gone to your restaurant and rhey never hsve anything. No matter what time of the day i go. Then your app isn't working well. I wind up leaving the drive thru without purchasing food going to KFCs.

The Chicken is bad enough, so we don't eat there. Last year we had a Fish Sandwich, so we decided to take a chance and order 2 for Lunch. It's Lent season and we don't eat meat on Fridays, today we got 2 Chicken Sandwiches. The Popeyes on University and Gattis are the worst.

Where is the shrimp?

We ordered shrimp from the one in Elkhart Indiana today it was totally disgusting... didn't even look or taste like shrimp... We should have known better after our chicken experience last year... the chicken was disgusting too all dried out... NEVER GOING BACK THERE!.

Bad Customer Service!

We ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich meal and then just 1 Spcy Chicken sandwich by itself. They didn't give us the sandwich. We went back and they asked for the receipt which we didn't have. Asked if we called. Said no. They said they looked at therir history and he did not see the order. He refused to give us the sandwich. Very rude. We asked to speak to the manager and would not get him. We pointed out the guy who handed us the food originally. I have worked in fast food as a manger for 20 years. That was definitely NOT the way you handle that situation. I would apologize and give them the sandwich. You need to build good customer service so the customer keeps coming back. They were just unbelievable.
