I heard the food is good however the svc is very poor.
I've seen an employee having kids and grandkids in there. Another just gossiping. However, the guys were working. They close the door at 5pm and everyone has to go through the line. I've seen about 7 vehicles leave. I wanted to see how long it would take for me to receive my order. It was 45mins in line. Bottom line,, Good food bad service.
Also family and friends shouldn't
Occupy the space at the store unless they too are customers.
Bad business on Howard.
Tip for consumers:
When ordering on line make sure you call bc sometimes they don't have the item and they don't call to tell you either.
Also make sure if you want to eat at 7, oder at 6.
