Pool warehouse has the best online site to reveiw, select and order pool kits.

My experiance was very good until- I found they sold me one type of pool kit but provided me with incompatable installation instructions resulting in an unfixable situation.

After contacting Pool warehouse and explaining how their instructions directly caused the issue, they still refused to take any responsibility and would not even agree to swap-out parts (that would've resulted in a configuration I did not want) that would've economically remidied the situation.

If you purchase here, do not look for assistance (of any kind) if something isn't right short of a part warranty issue.

It took a little longer to get the pool table than expected (due to the delivery company, not PoolWarehouse), but I still got it in about a week & a half, safe & sound. The Bourbon Street 6-foot pool table is even better than expected. I was afraid a 6-foot table might not feel like playing real pool, but it gives a great experience. Everything works well. I'm not a 'professional', but the bumpers seem to work accurately & balls move as I think they should. It comes with smaller-than-standard (1 7/8") balls, which give more play space on the table & work fine, but I'm ordering slightly bigger ones (2" British size) to try. I think the standard (2 1/4") ones may clutter the table too much, but 2" balls might be a nice compromise. Anyway, the pool table is beautiful & compliments my room. Nice and sturdy for being 'portable'. And I love the red felt & black color. I have a smaller room (just a little over 9'x15'), so I bought shorty cues (36" & 40") and we can play just fine. I never thought I could fit a pool table in that room, but thanks to the Bourbon Street 6-foot Pool Table I can play pool at home! I'd recommend it to anyone that wants to play pool but doesn't have a lot of space (or money) to spare. Well worth the price!

Everything was great until dealing with R & L freight. 1st voicemail left by them said it was 2nd delivery attempt and item about to be returned?! Firast we had heard about that. Then found out that a semi would be making the delivery to our home, but not enough manuvering room for a large truck. They would be passing wifes work place that had a dock, they could not change delivery address. The delivery driver off loaded the pallet and hand trucked it to the house, which sits 400 yrs off main road. Kudos to him for his professionalism!

I placed and order for a slide and they only allow for one address to be listed. My billing address is a P.O. Box, and obviously I wanted the slide delivered to my house.
I spoke with a rep and was told if I emailed over proper verification they could get it done. This was Monday morning and I emailed what was needed. Tuesday I received emails that my order was being canceled since they couldn't ship to a P.O. Box. I called several times and left a msg, finally getting ahold of the rep Wednesday afternoon. She said they would be able to get it done with a custom order, and took all of my info. I still hadn't heard anything late afternoon on what is now Thursday, so I reached out to find out they weren't going to make it work.
Terrible responsiveness, and ridiculous that they can't ship to your home when your mail goes to a P.O. Box!
