Ordered a $15,000 kit (pool and automatic cover)
December 14, 2017

Ordered a $15,000 kit (pool and automatic cover). They sent a ladder that was not compatible with an automatic cover and then wouldn't refund me for it. I had to order another ladder and had to pay full price for it and still have the other ladder sitting in my basement. Not a pleasant experience.

I purchased an inground pool kit last year, which I love, and bought a custom fit pool cover this year. The prices, products, customer service and ease of ordering are the reasons I would purchase again and highly recommend Pool Warehouse.

I hope this product is as good as it looks, we are excited to receive it!

Just unpackaged the table and so far so good. It looks very nice. Very well packaged to prevent damage. I think it will take less time to put together vs unpack it!

So poolwarehouse was very helpfull and have quality product...so the pool actually has survived hurricane irma in s.florida

I replied by email to pool warehouse that this was not the item I needed although I thought it was. I need to exchange it for the flexible tube that goes from skimme face to chlorine feeder. I have not had a response to my email

I was worried with all the Coronavirus that it would take months to get my order. I ordered a deck ladder and it was very easy ordering and payment. Yes, I would recommend this company and I would order from them again. I received my order with in weeks and it was just what I ordered. I am a happy customer.

Purchased my pool and had a bad pump
December 14, 2017

Purchased my pool and had a bad pump. Called in and gave my info and the pump info. Never got a return infonor nothing so I gave up and went and purchased a new pump from local pool company. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this group as they cannot service you at all. Still no help with my bad pump. Guess what it wasn't let us send you another one it was we will check on that for you and nothing.

The website states that the items will leave the warehouse to be delivered in-two-to-three days. It took five-to seven days for my pool table to leave their warehouse. Because of their delay, my Christmas present to my family and friends will not make it to my home as originally stated by Pool Warehouse on time. We are all so disappointed, because we were talking smack and laughing about who was going to win our pool tournament!

I had received a confirmation that the table would be delivered on the 20th. I stayed home all day to receive it, I had a couple people lined up to help get it downstairs and set up. The table never arrived. After talking to Pool Warehouse, they said it would come the 21st; ditto everything from the 20th. Now these were two great weather days. Pool Warehouse could not get Estes movers to get my pool table to me before Christmas. I found out that they had the table about 45 minutes from my home, yet no one would deliver. They said that maybe they could deliver on the 22nd. We had a snow storm that had less than a two-inch snowfall, and freezing temperatures, no delivery.

I decided to ask them to cancel the order and just cough up the extra money and buy a more expensive table locally. Pool Warehouse said that they would do it for $725.00 in return fees for a $1200.00 pool table. "Merry Christmas. Merry Christmas, Kiss My___!" to quote Chevy Chase from Christmas Vacation. I asked if there was any compensation...pool chalk, an extra ping pong ball...anything. Crickets. So, now I have no family gift (grand kids included) Bah Humbug to Pool Warehouse. They could have told me that it would not be here before Christmas, I would have chosen a company that was honest about arrival dates. I will not be going with them for any future purchases. (They will ask for a photo to show off my pool table...oops, I can't do that until AFTER Christmas when all my family and guests have left.

Order a liner from pool warehouse on a Tuesday, the following Tuesday i recoeved a text from a local delivery facility wanting to schedule delivery. Pool warehouse was fast and prompt and also helped with all my questions pertaining to measuring and quality of their liners

When you order from a huge warehouse, multiple items are delivered to delivery services in bulk. In the case of USPS, if an item contains a Pre-Paid Lable, it may not actually be scanned upon receipt. It may appear that the Seller has only printed a tracking label and not delivered the goods to USPS. This may Not be the case as items sent Pre-Paid in bulk may be scanned when reaching the final destination for final delivery.
So, if you think your tracking number reflects a non-shipment, you may totally incorrect in your asumption.

There was a delay in my receipt of goods ordered only by one or two days but the exact items that I ordered were delivered for the quoted price point from Pool Warehouse. All items were perfect and easily identified as Original Brand Procucts,
The potential hold-up in the shiping process was with USPS, NOT Pool Warehouse. Again, the Postal Service had to address a Bulk Delivery of items from the Warehouse and direct them for delivery.
I hope this helps some customers out there. I am a believer!

I bought a pool liner and supplies in May but I did not take out of the box until November because I was redoing my pool deck and I did not want the new liner to get damaged. When I opened the box I noticed that the skimmer face plate was too large and that I needed a smaller one. I was told that since it had been over 30 days since I purchased the parts I had to buy a new one. So in order to get the job done I bought a separate one from pool warehouse.

Sent me wrong $3500.00 pool liner
December 15, 2017

Sent me wrong $3500.00 pool liner. Putting it in myself didnt know it was wrong size until putting it in. Liner was about 2 feet too deep. Customer service asked me if i had cut holes out for drains i said yes, they daid sorry about your luck. Would never buy from them again!

I received a phone call from a representative at Pool Warehouse that my order had been cancelled and that I would NOT be receiving the product. With that cancellation I placed an order with a different company. I am working with the other company to cancel the order, but I may end up having to deal with it. My husband accepted the order, however, I am very unhappy with the communication made by this company that my order was origincally cancelled.
