The original disk, after 7 or so years, would flip under itself as the cleaner fell off a wall and then the cleaner would get stuck and sit there. I keep the cleaner in my pebble tech salt pool 24/7 and all year long. The new one fit perfect, is an OEM, and now my original old cleaner works great again! Apparently as plastics and rubbers age, while they still look functional with no loss of material, loose their rigidity in this case and just do not work for this very simplistic cleaner design. Highly recommend if your cleaner like mine keeps getting this large round disk folded under itself or for some reason yours is broke.

Fast delivery

Since I found PoolSupplyWorld I've been very happy with all my orders. Over the years I have purchased a new booster pump, pool sweeper, filter, filter supplies, chemicals, etc., from PoolSupplyWorld. They have the best prices, best service, and quick shipping--they even do follow-up emails to their customers to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Will never shop at a local pool supply store. No, they did not pay me for this 5-star review. I'm just a happy customer.

Misleading website
July 3, 2020

The website was not clear on measurements for an item (length? Diameter? Circumference?) so we ordered the wrong size. We're first told we could exchange, but didn't get e mail directions. Then told can't return items under $25. Been waiting for the supervisor to call me back. I've been on hold for about 2 hours over 4 phone calls trying to get through. Be forewarned... And the promised call from a supervisor has not come in over 48 hrs. Check out Leslie's Pool supply - cheaper and better customer service!

Absolutely the worse. Ordered filters on 04/29 still no confirmed tracking number. After numerous e-mails they finally said we will look into it and that was a week ago. Tried calling and you get a recording saying due to high volume of calls you wait will be longer then it disconnects you. Never again, will file a complaint with credit card company

My son received the Polaris pump that I ordered from Ya'll on time, just as promised. He has not installed it yet so I have no idea how it is working so far but will let you know. He is very excited to have this for his pool. Thanks PoolSupplyWorld for great service.

Two stars as PART of the order was received. Here's what happened - I ordered chlorine tabs and a pool cover. Tabs came, cover did not. Waited a few days. Nothing. Called and waited on hold for over an hour. Finally got a clueless lady on the phone. She did follow up with an email asking for 72 hours to solve problem. They didn't respond in 72 hours. I sent an email after the fourth business day to follow up and they still haven't replied. Tried calling again and waited for 30 minutes before deciding that I won't wait another hour + to speak to these fools. Attempted one more email and "chat" contact. They never replied. I Disputed charge with CC company. Will never do business with them again. You should think twice about it as well.

Arrived quickly. Lights work great. Love 'em. Four stars because the pool light was shipped in its own packaging and not placed into a shipping box. I was shocked at the way they shipped it. There isn't any packaging or cushioning around the light itself. It's lucky the expensive light didn't get damaged in shipment. The spa light was shipped inside another box. No extra cushioning for that either, but at least it was double boxed. Looks like they were shipped from different locations. I attached photos of how the large light was received.

I bought a part for my pool $700 and it said free shipping two days, that was more than a week ago. Been calling them non stop and their phone system is ridiculous, it says they are too busy because of pandemic and then hangs up. Sent about 30 emails, no response, I haven't received anything, they took my money and no response. They are scammers, thief's. Never use this website. Its the worst

Today is 6.2 and I placed an order on 4.17. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails or chats to provide status of orders. I did speak to a rep because I selected place new order, was told they can't view the active orders from their screen but promised customer service would call me back that day. This took place 6 days ago.

Stay away.

I've dealt with many companies serving many different industries, but this one is by far the worse. I've been trying to check on the status of an order that was placed three weeks ago and not one email has been answered. I was on hold last week for three hours and all it says all our agents are business, thanks for your patience's and there are more than 9 calls ahead of you. I've currently be on hold today for 1 hour plus and no answer. Pay double somewhere else and avoid the frustration!

Fake Reviews

After sending hundreds to order some filters, I can't get my order or talk to phony customer service. They should spend more time taking care of customers than writing fake reviews. All reviews one and 5 stars? Really nothing in between? These people are crooks! They steal and only give back what they have to and keep the rest. Don't get conned with low pricing. You dont get your order.

HORRIBLE
July 20, 2020

I've been going through this for about a month now. As of 7/20, I'm still waiting on my refund. I whole heartily agree with Travis P. About this company. Try to stay away from this company because they don't keep their word, my restock fee was suppose to be waive but that didn't happen. The wait is long but I was determined to wait it out, be prepare to wait at least 11/2 hr. You would think someone was really looking at these reviews to improve this horrible company but all they want is your money and act like they don't want to give it back. I wish I could have given it a half of star, get your act together.

Fast and free shipping. Quality good each and everytime. We used to buy everything local but they are no longer in business so i found pool supply world. We buy a couple of times a year from them. They always have new stuff. Its a great resource for the pool owner

Always perfect

I have ordered from Pool Supply World several times in the past and have always been very pleased. Their prices are better and delivery has been as fast or faster than Amazon. Delivery needed no signature. Maybe it depends on what is ordered.

I have used them for several years and they were awesome. Since March 2020, they have failed completely. Didn't receive chemicals. Never shipped. Chat line is useless. Can't talk to a real person. On hold for literally hours. Never responded to emails. I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back. Won't buy from again. I wish they had minus stars.

I ordered a filter part for a customer. My customer changed their mind an decided to get a new filter. I called psw within an hour of ordering to cancel. They said it had not processed and they would cancel the order and refund me. Well a few days later it arrived at my house. I have contacted them 5 times because they will not send ra return label. Each time I was on hold for about an hour. It has been over a month and all they tell me is that the return has not been processed yet. Never again!

I am a repeat customer. Karan has gone above any beyond to make sure I had great service. One of my orders were incorrect, which was my fault and she corrected the problem and got the correct part to me quickly and with a very pleasant attitude.

After numerous e-mails and calls, they finally said they would cancel and refund my money. It is June 15th, and still no refund received. Tried calling and you get a recording saying due to high volume of calls no one is available. Stay away from this company. Criminal if you want my opinion.
