No stay away it's a scam I wish I checked first but I've been desperate for filters for my green pool

I've only had one sale experience with Pool Supply World. They're very good at collecting your money, but I never received the product I ordered, found it difficult to get through to customer service, and have not gotten the refund I requested, and that they confirmed.
Save yourself the hassle and do business elsewhere.

Their customer service is awful. You are on hold for 45-60 minutes every time you try to call customer service

Don't order from here. Summer will be over by time you get product. It took 5 phone calls and overnight months to get credit for products not received.

Do not order anything from them. They are scamming people. Taking money for orders and then blocking communication

Sure order it but you may not get it. And may have trouble getting your money back.

I would not use this site as the customer service is terrible, order from Amazon. Buy a salt system from another site.

Did not order a salt system, but was unhappy with their search system on my order of different product. It returned the wrong part. If you want to order from them I would verify which system I wanted through another seller/site before I ordered.

Go to Amazon. It will cost a little more but you will receive it.

I have ordered from this company 3 times and have had nothing but problems with the condition of items received and also trying to get replacement items or a refund. They will offer item returns but it will cost you $10 for return shipping and a 15 % restocking fee!
