I ordered the intex rechargeable pool vacuum on June 26th. My card was charged and the delivery was 2-5 business days. It's now July 10th and I still haven't received the item or a refund if it became unavailable to ship. The phone number says it's closed every time I call.

Ordered replacement filter grids. They arrived within days after placing my order.
They fit perfectly and installation was a breeze.

I ordered the Legend pool cleaner on Sunday and it was delivered by Wednesday. The price was the best available and the status updates were timely and accurate. I like the fact that they have several distribution centers in the USA so that ground shipping is economical and timely.

As a first time buyer to this company i was impressed at the prices and availability of products for pools, but was most impressed at the hands on and very attentive customer service, I would absolutely recommend pool supply world for any and all pool needs. Will be ordering from them again.

Return policy is not real. No returns allowed for us on a sealed item. We ordered the wrong item and wanted to get the right one. Got it somewhere else and still have a $500 pump that is not needed bc we have a booster pump

Late with false tracking for three days straight blaming Amazon for false updates Ultimately received my ptime eight days later

The overall price was good except for the tax. There was a note saying taxes were charged on ebay but not on their site. They charged anyway. It is not over as they have to deliver! It is also to tell if coupon is good or not!

We ordered a replacement top for our Waterway Clearwater II cartridge filter. Waterway 519-7417 Small Lid Assembly, Gray - was a little unsure, as the part number was different that in our manual, but it fit perfectly!

I ordered this ladder due to the fact it would get here in time for a party I was having. When it had not shown up I went to find out where it was. I was told that it had not even been built yet and was still at the manufacture. So here I sit 2 weeks after my party and still no ladder and no info on when it will arrive.

I'm saying goodbye to their competitor. Pool tabs were delivered early and cost 24% less than the amount I had been trained to pay. Same circumstance regarding a Polaris I bought 2 weeks ago.

My package needed direct signature and FedEx notify me delivery time will be in between 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., but they never came, I was waiting till 12:45 p.m. and went to work. I found out later they delivered my package 4:15 p.m. without my signature just left front door. I have waisted half day for noting.
