AMAZING!

I just bought a leather couch from Poly and Bark without seeing it in real life. It took a few weeks to get here, but no big deal with such a large purchase. And they don't send these FedEx, they hire a specialized delivery company. The delivery was scheduled and was delivered in perfect condition. The reviews on their website were good, so I had high expectations and it did not disappoint. This couch is gorgeous! The leather is top quality. (Looks much better than the pictures) I'm so impressed with the whole thing. Plus they offer free shipping and free returns which made me feel better about the risk of buying such a large purchase sight unseen. Their prices are the best I've found. In fact, I can't believe they are so low with this amazing quality. Now I'm spoiled. I'll never want the lower grade leather again. You can even order swatches. I HIGHLY recommend this website.

False Advertising

This shady business sent me a sofa that was completely different from the website description. The sofa was advertised with feather down cushioning and all cushions arrived without the additional feather down which is a huge deal breaker for some. They will bait & switch you then do nothing to try to make it right. Overall the furniture is cheaply made overseas and will be broken in a week. Avoid the headache.

Horrible Customer Service
February 6, 2025

When the delivery truck arrived the end of the box that the sofa was in was completely soaked through with water. I took pictures and refused delivery. I sent the pictures to Poly&Bark and asked for a full refund. They in turn said because it had been shipped they consider it a return and they were going to charge me a $99 return fee. I said no, let me speak to a supervisor. After waiting 10 minutes Josh came back and said his supervisor was in a meeting. Watch your my email. This is completely unsatisfactory I will never do business with this company again. I would not recommend this company, subpar customer service.
