Games constantly crash and freeze. Like most internet sites like this a place for full grown adults to act poorly. Some good people but few and far between. I was a member for years. Should have left sooner. They will tell you what you want to hear but never fix anything this site is just going to crash and burn. I would give it 0 if I could. I saw one set of reviews for this that gave it 5 stars I don't know who they are paying for that one, certainly not the players. Too many free apps out there.
Our whole family has been subscribed off and on for years and now since the Java update in 2015 none of the games are playable unless you download Explorer (seriously ppl still use this?) and now they are losing all Hasbro. The site is obviously dying a very slow death. Save your money and play elsewhere.
Notice how all the good reviews were from 2008? I've been trying to give them some money for a game purchase for 2 weeks. I joined their "super saver" last week and have been frustrated in purchasing a game. They are clearly inept! I WILL be questioning the charge on my credit card due to poor service... actually, NO service!
I love Pogo.com. I've been using this site off and on for about 9 years or so. My son also likes playing the games. There is a very large variety of games to choose from.
One thing that can be pretty annoying is the ads in between the games with the free sign up membership. If you buy the Club Pogo membership you don't have to deal with the ads, and you also get access to games that are exclusive to Club Pogo accounts. I have had both memberships before and Club Pogo is definitely much better. You can also turn in coke rewards codes on Coke's website towards and get a free Club Pogo membership that way.
You also can complete tasks for badges, earn tokens to buy virtual things and dress up your profile person. I personally don't utilize any of these things, but my son does and loves it.
Bottom line for me is it's not a bad way to kill a little time when you feel like it.
So many great games and challenges! I have enjoyed Pogo for more than 18 years. Great customer service with "Live Chat" and phone calls that have been enhanced by no-hassle facilitation, the past couple years. (2018).
I love chhota bheem very very much. I have watched all movies of chhota bheem. In older movies chhota bheem was so good peaceful and a very good fighter like in master of shaolin, shinobi secret and Kathmandu now it's not good to watch it looks like a small child and comedian he doesn't look like a good fighter. I had watched some movies I didn't feel like that bheem please bring my favourite hero back
Pogo used to be a great, fun place. It has gone downhill for several years now. Tech support was always lousy and is even worse now. They dance you all around and want to change setting on your pc.It doesn't matter what they do it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get into Scrabble. Why? It didn't used to be like that.
There hasn't been a new game for my Ipad in 7 years. Same five games. If anyone knows a better site for Scrabble please let me know. Maybe I can get my 40 bucks back?
Pogo has the poorest abuse enforcement in cyberspace.the site is infested with hackers and mal-software users. Keep your money in your pocket and play free. Even so you will be harassed daily by some fashion or form of corruption on this site
Pogo has gone downhill... Way too many issues. Games will NOT load. Games constantly Crash... They tell you to use the latest edition of internet explorer... I have tried and tried... Just not worth it anymore.
I have been a customer for several years. What should be a good and fun experience is now annoying. Problems with games loading, if you complete offers to obtain points they never credit you then you have to contact "customer service". They are ignorant to their sponsors. I am actually just to discontinue my membership. Don't waste your money, time, effort or breath.
Absolutely horrible customer service.If you email them you just get an automated response so you have to call or live chat. Live chat takes about 45 minutes to connect & then they just sit there for like another hour not telling you anything that is going on. I will never play on this site again & i have been a member for over 9 years. Please dont waste your money. From what i have heard they dont pay out their jp winnings either
Since EA has taken over, Pogo has become unusable. I've been a member forever, but this is my last subscription. I can't even get on the site right now due to some security or privacy issue that has been going on for a month. Maybe the hackers can bring back the fun in POGO. I suspect that EA is catering to teenagers who want violence, blood and explosions in their games and they've put us old folks out to pasture. Well, I'm going... someone else will get my time and money now.
I will not renew it stinks. Classic Pogo was wonderful Everything was easy to find no hassle. I believe it costs more now to play games that were once free. My annual dues should more than cover their costs and give them a profit. Very unfair what they did.
Pogo is CRAP most of the games never load you get nothing for the huge amount you pay every year.One browser works with one but not another.
How many browsers should you have to please pogo? I will not renew again i can spend that money on crack and get a better result.
I played Bejeweled 3 through my one hour trial period and figured I'd just buy the download for my PC when it expired since it seemed to have loaded correctly after a long "queue" time. It is now a half an hour later and I CANNOT get their ridiculous site to process an order. Sorry, time's up. If you want my money you have to be quicker than this! Read the other reviews and am happy to be deleting the whole mess from my computer. Guess I'll head to a brick and mortar store!
This game is a load of CRAP! 4 times now I've been ahead of the computer character I was attacking by at least 20 points and 4 times I've lost. Then I checked my hit to personal damage ratio and it was 72 to 28 in the computer's favor. That's an over 100 percent ratio against me. That's not even fair or realistic. Your site sucks.
I have been a customer for more than 12 years. Suddenly pogo tells me they don't recognize my user name or my password. There is no way to get into the site to correct this so my recent renewal doesn't work. Since it seems that I have lost my money I won't get roped in again.
I paid for Club Pogo until May 1st and they now have cancelled my Club Pogo as of 4/14/16 and I also bought more gems that day. I tried to get help but it was a nightmare and got someone who want me to do strange things on my computer. It's funny how easy they can take your money but when you have questions there is no one there to help! I am reporting them to my state governors office and anyone else that will listen.
Now you cannot choose to let a player join or not join your table anymore. Pogo puts you with someone sometimes 100 pts below you. If you stand up or leave you automatically lose 10 pts. They need the old style lobby rooms back where you can click on a persons name and see their rating. You need to know if they are someone that has a lot of unfinished games. I used to love it. Played all the time. Now I only play when I am so very bored.
Pogo used to be fun. I have had 3 paid accounts for 13 years and never won anything. Poker rooms have uncensored chat that's extremely rough and I'm not easily bothered by language. I have made many more friends with Facebook games and it's free. I noticed today that Pogo has 40,000 people online right now.It used to be in the millions. Pogo is over.
