I ordered a part from PlumbersStock on Tuesday, August 10,2021 and paid for 2-day delivery. After completing the purchase, they indicated I would receive a copy of my Invoice by email. Today is Thursday, August 12 and I hadn't heard anything from them (expecting to receive the item today). I called and a guy answered the phone but I could barely hear him because it sounded as though there was a party going on. Anyway I asked about my purchase and he said he'd send me a copy of the Invoice along with tracking information, saying the item had shipped.
I received the email and much to my surprise, the 2-Day shipping I paid for turns out to be SIX DAY SHIPPING - the part won't arrive until Monday, August 16th!
I called back and emailed them asking what was going on but haven't heard back - pissed!
I was worried about the size covering a 20 inch hole. I followed their instructions and it fit great without being too big. Nice job thank you.
Order and paid for sink on line. Stock was good and no one called to notify it was on backorder. I had to call. To date, nothing shipped. They did offer to refund my money, and I requested to wiait.

I purchased a "White" toilet seat. The color has a greenish color to it. I contacted their support and sent a picture. "The warehouse manager said that it is not all the way white, it has a a bone color to it". They sent a replacement seat that is the same color. I have asked for a refund, but they want to change me $10.99 shipping and Handling fee to send it back. As a customer, having to be charged to return something that is out of their control is unacceptable. If they cannot send the correct color product, why am I changed to return the wrong color item?

We ordered an item which says 50 count and green so it wasnt 50 count item and wasnt green. It was red and didnt ask to choose us. So it also says 50 count per packet but they send 1 count! We paid over hundred bucks for piece of crap such a bad business do not recommend it at all.

I am doing something I almost never do – I am writing to voice my UTTER DISGUST. I ordered toilets over 6 weeks ago for one of our very influential clients. I was told they would be 2-3 weeks.
I called the company every week for the past 3 weeks and emailed the company to see where they were and to check on my delivery since the 3 weeks had elapsed and no toilets.
Last week all of a sudden I see a REFUND to my credit card for the full amount. I called and was told they "tried" to email me to say they didn't charge me the shipping fees on the order of $150 and since I didn't respond the order was cancelled – just like that. I had to call the architect and explain that the company just cancelled on me without even so much as a courtesy call after I waited 6 weeks for this. How professionally embarrassing for our company.
Now I have to wait an ADDITIONAL 4-6 weeks to get them from somewhere else. All the customer service guy kept saying is we emailed you its not our fault you didn't see it maybe its in your spam (checked and it was NOT) my client has NO toilet in her master bathrooms for over 2 months now. First of all they lied about the lead time on the site it was NOT 2-3 weeks they are 4-6 weeks.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT COMPETANT
Exact OEM replacement part, and low price together made to everything work perfectly. Searched locally and all around the web for what was needed. Shipment was very prompted. I will look to Plumbers Stock from now on to find what I need to get the job done.
The cartoon arrived promptly a day pr so sooner. It arrived in excellent condition. Haven't installed as of yet.
I had actually purchased this item from another online retailer but returned it as Plumberstock had a much better price. The difference in cost paid for the wall flush control and with some left over. When that order arrived it was simply in the carton, which was a bit deformed and squished but not broken open or torn. The delivery from PS was in the carton but it also had additional cardboard corner reinforcements around all corners and was strapped together in all directions with mesh strapping. No squishing! Looked like new!
Box factory sealed, no dents, great condition. Will work great in our new house. Not too tall that would block the fancy medicine cabinet.

It would have been nice to have an update that my order was on the way. I never received any updates and it took awhile to get it. I only got an e-mail when it was delivered. It was packaged nicely and arrived undamaged. The price was reasonable and this particular toilet was hard to locate.
Ordered a Milwaukee heated jacket as a gift. Expected ship time was 2-3 weeks. After a month I called to see where my order was at. The next day they replied and said the jacket has been discontinued by the supplier. I did get my money back, but I won't get over how bad of customer service that is. They sold me a discontinued jacket and then I had to call them to find out about it! Thanks for nothing PlumbersStock. Now I need a good excurse why my brother didn't get his birthday gift!
Purchased the product on Friday night with expectation of 1 week delivery (3 days for them to purchase/another 2-3 days to ship to me). Over a week later contacted them to cancel the order because shipping information was not sent. They sent me the USPS tracking that stated it did not arrive to facility for 4 days after the tracking number was sent to me. Finally arrived 18 days later.

This was highly unusual for me as I have not seen any reputable company charge my credit card this way. I received an email that my order was placed. We are now over 30 days out and still have not received any communication of my items being shipped. They also have not answered multiple emails. I noticed they did indeed charge my card. I logged on to my account via their website and have nothing under purchase history. I like to give people/companies the benefit of the doubt. But this kind of service is just bad business.
Case is in great condition. Shipping is very slow. It took so long to get it I had forgotten I even ordered the case for My milwaukee portable band saw.
