Ordered 3 MOEN faucets that they said they had IN STOCK which are discontinued by MOEN. After 10 days I contacted them and they had a call center from India that the guy couldn't understand English, then couldn't find my order, then they said they were trying to order from MOEN. Obviously that can't be done. These folks are a ripoff. Be warned.!

I ordered two moen products with an 8 day lead time. This company charged my credit card immediately and a month later it still hasn't shipped. There is a reason why their reviews are low. They bait you in with a good price but they don't deliver. Buyer beware. Now I have to call my credit card company to dispute the CHARGE and my project is now a month behind
Absolutely terrible. Missed dates 4 times. Customer service, which is email only, is either not responsive or answers a 3 sentence explanation with "How can we help?", not answering anything.

I ordered a faucet that was supposedly in stock and ready to ship. After multiple phone calls and emails, which my "order number" was changed - they said it was on back order. When I called to cancel, it had miraculously just shipped and I was given a FedEx tracking number. When I tracked with Fedex, it was the number of a random shipment made in 2019. DON'T TRUST THIS VENDOR!
I placed order for Toto toilets in January, they hcarged my creidt card in April I still did nto delvier the items. After being on hold for an hour the salesperson asked me to pay extra money or thretened to cancel the order. Stay away form them, buy elsewhere.

It is very convenient to order. The staff is quite friendly. They helped to answer all of the questions that crossed in my mind. The processes of ordering the item were also easy and very fast.
Items showed in stock and ready to ship 1-3 days. Order was changed after order was placed to show 2 weeks from manufacture. Company refused to acknowledge that it was changed and they claimed I ordered it that way. Never once did they want to apologize for their inaccurate information. Their website still shows the same information and will not likely change.
plumbersstock.com is a joke... a bad joke. My first order of three faucets took way too long to arrive. However, I decided to give them another try since they had the best price on another item. Also, the system showed this item in stock in a warehouse in a neighboring state. I thought this will allow me to receive this item in a timely manner... WRONG! My order is still pending, so I emailed customer service about this order. They told me that "It looks like there was a glitch with this order and it never arrived into our system. I am very sorry but you will have to place this order again." This is despite the fact that I received an order confirmation email and the order (with an assigned order number) appears in my account. They are right about one thing: I will have to place another order... but with a DIFFERENT company. Avoid plumbersstock unless you like horrible service.
Sent wrong part after much explaining of size and situation. Won't allow return or exchange. Pushed me off to the manufacturer. Bad business.

I ordered $1300 worth of Delta faucets from these people. I ordered 6 items that were all polished brass. No chrome, no brushed nickel, no antique bronze, ALL polished brass. In ten days I called and asked where my order was, I got NO emails> nothing from these idiots showing that the stuff was even ordered. They said it would arrive next week. The next week went by and I got nothing. I called again on Friday and they said it was shipped.The following week on Tuesday it came(been 3 weeks now) and I started looking at the items. I was opening the boxes and I see one of the items are chrome a Roman tub trim. The handles for the tub valve were POLISHED BRASS, so why in the hell would I want CHROME tub trim? I call the company up and they pretty much said screw you! They said it would be another 2 weeks minimum to get the brass trim and I would have to pay the difference. I am a plumber and I was to install these items the week before they came so I could not wait 2 or 3 more weeks. They said I could get the items in 3 days, but I would have to pay almost $400 to do that, and it was their mistake. If anyone has the president of this company's phone number I would like it. If you would like to WAIT forever for your order, NOT get what you order, and get NO satisfaction if THEY send it wrong call these $#*!s up> they can help you.
