JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS - this company will not explain how they operate - they will charge your card even though you did not authorize it & will not explain that there is some kind of "subscription" when you sign up. I was under the impression that it was a one-time payment, get your however many boxes, & it's done. NOPE - they still charged me again EVEN THOUGH I NEVER UPDATED MY PAYMENT INFORMATION with my new expiration date & 3 digit code. They also will not give you a refund after they charge your card EVEN THOUGH YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT. I will NEVER EVER do business this with company again & will tell anyone who listens not to either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are shady & you'll probably end up with charges that you didn't authorize either, just like I did.

Wow what a great subscription box for kids. My son is always jealous of mom's subscription boxes and why the packages are never for him - well when he realized this one WAS for him he was super excited. When he found out it was filled with hotwheels - forget it - he was ecstatic! He got right to work putting the tracks together and linked to his other track sets he already has... the tshirt was worn to school the very next day... and the little activity book kept him busy while I made dinner. Cannot wait for more boxes to arrive!

We started our subscription service with pley almost two years ago. At first, the site was excellent and delivered service and items as promised. Then, in about October 2017, everything changed. Delivery times have gotten slower and slower (Im talking months), inventory is lame, customer service times are beyond slow or they are totally non-responsive, the list goes on. Even canceling my subscription has proved impossible. Im not sure what has changed, but this company is either waaaay overwhelmed at the volume and has allowed their business model to suffer or it is a total scam. Regardless, stay away!

These boxes are perfect for a little one (or an older adult who loves Disney!) Seriously where was this when I was a kid?! This is easily pretty sweet for kids, it's their own version of a monthly toy box.

The box arrived on time, it only a day or two and it wasn't hard to miss either (bright pink! Lol). The packaging is really well done and the box itself is part of the fun. You can assemble a castle to color on that coordinates with the princess you received. I received the Jasmine Princess and received quite a bit in the box, there was a coloring book, T-Shirt, necklace, earrings and a (big head) keychain thing.

This is perfect for a gift idea or for little ones of your own, it's nice that they have the age range for each box and the one I received was appropriate for the age range they had selected.

I got the Hot Wheels box and I was thoroughly impressed with it. The shirt was a little bigger than most and the amount of things to do was innumerable. I surprised my nephew with it and he absolutely couldn't put it down. The booklet was a nice touch as it explained just a few of the ideas to use the box for as well as providing enough track and a new track accessory to make him squeal with excitement. If I had the means I would order for all my related little ones because this box was well worth it for me.

Ok, first of all... I almost didn't even give this box to my nephew, that's how cool it was hahaha! And yes, I opened it before I gave it to him... don't judge me. Unfortunately, the absolutely adorable polar bear tshirt didn't fit me:-/ Can we have a Big Kid Pleybox? Anyway... we had SO much fun going through the activities together and learning about all the different animals. HE had the most fun sticking the animal stickers all over me ;) He even took the little animal fact flashcards to school to show his friends! The certificate was a super nice touch, and it was so cute how proud he was to show it off. All in all, this was a really wonderful and incredibly fun way for me to bond with my nephew, and an exciting yet educational gift for him. Totally Recommend!
