I have had some problems with extra charges and not getting a refund but all in all it is a great place to buy accounts IF you choose a seller that sends the information instantly.
You also must make sure the listing isn't taken already or else you'll have to go through a head mess to get your payment back because it gets taken even though the listing has been sold already.

Overall, I've been very satisfied. The site has the best variety of league of legends accounts and reliable customer service.
However, the site can be very buggy at times (I often have to use multiple browsers in order to get certain features to work. Ordering with paypal doesn't work in chrome, sorting accounts doesn't work properly in firefox, etc.), grammar/spelling mistakes are common, and email formatting is often screwed up. I would love if these things could be improved.

I was looking online to buy rs gold. Not a big deal online. 1st time using the website. Noticed that they dont allow paypal which was weird as paypal is the most secure payment method. Well decided to go with regular debit card. It charged me an pre authorization of 65 cents which its fine cause it was supposed to be made i understood. Then charged me 78.78 at the moment of contacting the seller he told me that i dont have an order. When i checked the status it was cancelled 1 min after the payment. Got in contact with support and all they said is to get in contact with my bank for a refund. No response after that 4 hours waiting also 3 hours after the payment it charged again 78.78 and 65 cents only that this time to a different commerce. Called bls i dont know about it but it was for the same amount. I hope this helps someone not to try using the website. Im reporting this website to all anti fraud places i will find. They will pay a lot for the 160 usd they took from me.

Bought a league of legends account for 100 dollars which is quite the amount for a league account so decided to take insurance for another 5 dollars. This account got retrieved by its original owner so I contacted the support staff and provided them with all the information needed. They quickly closed the ticket when I didn't respond 3 emails later within 24 hours. Made another ticket immediately but never heard from them again.

This stupid site has so much security I entered the correct charge on my CC to verify I was the owner after sitting on the phone with my cc company for 15 minutes. The answer was not accepted because I did not enter a 0 before the decimal. So how many of there up to $1 charges do I have to eat before I am allowed to actually use their pay site? No thanks I'll take my business elsewhere. They want nazi security that makes it impossible to use or force me to spend half my day on the phone to check charge after charge... not for me. I just wish I could delete my account at player auctions.

Had one successful account I bought a while back so I thought I would buy another two accounts. They straight up take your money but won't deliver accounts, excuses are given about them being sent to my emails but it has been over a day with no email sent. No support either on it.

They will ask you for 100 pictures of yourself and your credit card and bank statement. Don't worry though, after sending it they will email you back 4 hours later saying they need more. Use G2G, it's more secure and 1000x faster. Playerauctions is a joke, I would give 0 stars if I could.

The site is trustworthy and provides the necessary functions for you to be protected as a buyer. In case the order ends up being bogus, you have the chance to cancel and buy another offer. I know because I was already refunded. Somewhat annoying that the seller wasnt responsive but Im glad they came through for me.

If you're expecting to just complete a purchase and receive your goods get ready to be let down! You will find yourself waiting for hours and checking emails wondering. I tried for days just to buy 1 item and when I FINALLY, after jumping through hoops for days, completed the purchase, the goods never came through. Complete scam and slowest response times ever. I actually had 24 hour periods between responses on my purchases and my tickets in customer service were simply never responded to.

I've used these guys many of times to buy and sell. Typically a great service. The moment you get into the dispute they drop you like a fly, hold the account in question and the cash. This company is a huge scam and doesn't care about it's customers. NEVER use these guys because those times you get into a dispute it isn't worth it. I'm currently in a dispute battle that has been going on for a MONTH without contact from PlayerAuctions on the matter. It should take a matter of a couple of business days to get a result according to their website. Every time I contact them (daily) they say I will be contacted by a member of the mediation team (which you cannot directly contact outside email) and I never have. Save you money! Save your time! Buy elsewhere.
While I've had a decent experience purchasing accounts, I have been facing a lot of trouble getting a refund. The team seems to ignore my messages and I even tried to reach out to their support system but last received their reply on 9th June. While they say the refund has been done, they are not providing any proof apart from the transaction ID. It has been an unbearable experience and a daunting task to keep begging for the money you paid.

Worst site full of scammers, take side of scammer because they already profited off your money so dont expect a refund or reply about your case for a few weeks. Even a support member messaged me through site jabber to attempt to help but fails to reply to messages when i have sent them, come to find out when i tried to log into the site i got banned for to many ticket and email messages i was sending about my case. This is when i disputed the purchase through papal and got my full refund back. Will never even visit this site for anything as they are all scammers and do not care about their clients even after they pushed their 6 dollar insurance (which is also a scam) even with insurance and more than enough picture proof they denied my refund and banned me from site. * word of advice for future clients. Pay with paypal so you can dispute the payment and get your money back because the site wont do Sh*t but ban you.

After providing picture proof and messages i shared with owner showing him asking for personal information to recover account and i get and update with saying, "we are unable to determine that the seller is responsible for the loss of access to your account". Highly dissatisfied and wont be buying from site again. Got scammed out of 100 buck and their insurance is a joke.
Bought insurance on a account i ordered through player auctions and two weeks later the seller reclaimed the account, i bought insurance specifically for this reason and player auctions advertised there insurance so well to protect myself from this happening but it has almost been a month and yet no response to my case besides all the picture proof i have already sent of my account being reclaimed as well as picture proof of messages with seller asking for info i set on the account to further access after he took full control of the account.
The deals are just out of this world I can't and don't know how they manage to farm this amount of items in just a short time without cheating or haxx it's so good and I wanna have more ngl haha

I have used this site for years... recently I tried to use it again but since i moved they blocked my payment because the addresses dont match... like we are not allowed to move? Then you send in all the verification stuff they ask and you get stuck waiting what seems like years for a response... so the hell with their site. They will never receive another penny from me... also they like to make you wait for your funds to return to you.
