The verification they require for first time payments is annoying and slightly stressful. No offense. On the next orders though they don't seem to require it anymore so I guess that's the only thing you have to bear with.

1st order my payment was cancel due to "security issues", they didn't explain why but I changed my payment. Next order I verify it and have receive the order without any problems. I think they need to check your payment first for some security stuffs but anyway hope it doesnt happen again

I just want to ask player auction that I'm a seller and if a buyer is using software hack and banning a legit account should that also be eligible for a refund when I had proof?

The ticket number led to order 12840517. This is a seller-provided warranty and the requirement for a refund is for the buyer to lose access to the account.

This policy supersedes the case so a refund was processed. The seller should lift the ban or provide a replacement for this scenario. We advised you on another reply that it may be best to remove the seller after-sale protection in case you do not want to provide this service.

Price can always adjust just need looking more cheap offers but with high seller rank.
