They dont let you get your item before 6 hours. I waited 6 hours before i just contacted customer help and they corrected their system. Either its that long of a wait time, or people working on playerauctions are just really lazy / bad. Would not recommend.
I bought a CS: GO steam account for $180, including their 'insurance'. The owner reclaimed the account, however my dispute was immediately closed with no response from the seller. I contacted support and they told me that the decision was final and their was nothing that could be done. It is a blatant scam. If you are thinking about using their service, don't. Extremely dodgy.

If I could rate this site less than one, then I really would. Everything being said about their customer service is absolutely true, their policies which are in place are to 'protect the buyers and sellers from scams' but in reality its to legally protect themselves while having nonchalant attitudes about their customers.

Replies were a bit late and verification was a little too strict but thanks are still in order because they helped with an account I had back in 2016 when it came to recovering it, changing the number, then completing an order which I was really gunning for for quite some time now.

While it may seem tedious to purchase or sell from this company you're left with a piece of mind that you aren't losing potential hundreds if not thousands of dollars on when using their service. Over a decade of using their sites and I haven't been the victim of fraud on the buyers or sellers side.

Seems great, looks good, but this payment verification has taken too long and at this point I'm starting to feel forgotten about. No where on the site does it state that this whole process could take up to 12 hours. The site makes it seems pretty instant in terms of it's delivery but it is not which is misleading.

This website has very slow, crappy, third party operatives that don't know anything about what they're talking about, they point you in the total wrong direction of help. They say you will get an email from them, but you never do. Don't sell on this site. They scam you out a good portion of your money.
I love that they're on point with the deliveries. Ask for IGN and location > delivery > confirm the order > give feedback on the site. It works like a well oiled machine.

Their payment verification is worthless. One order my payment verifies and goes through fine but try to make any more purchases and they all failed. I was only able to make 4 successful purchases before I gave up on this site. Too secure if you ask me to the detriment of their consumers. I contacted their support all they could say was well that is just the way it is go make a bitcoin account. $#*! off.

This is a security and safeguarding process to 1) avoid your game account from potential banning, and 2) as a security process on our site to ensure purchases are being made as duplicates.

I paid top dollar for an account earlier this year which was usable for the three months until the paypal money back warranty falls off, at that time your account will be retaken and you will not be given a refund or an compensation no matter how closely you follow their rules or buy their insurance.

It seems some sellers can provide 10 or 20% more gold as a freebie but it really depends.
My first had an extra 20% but on the second one, though a different seller, there's no extra. No complains here, however - free is free so maybe next time.

For a single purchase they require you to send in solo much info only to say it's not good enough. I retook their stupid pictures 8 times (whole set), and still told it's not good enough. I even used Gpay with my fingerprint to avoid the mess. After a whole day of back and forth between their verification office I decided it's definitely not worth the hassle. Just a warning for anyone who was thinking of using this site.

Yeah i honestly think none of their customer service speaks english, it really feels like they wait for your questions to be translated and still they dont answer your question. Ive been waiting about 3 weeks for them to pay me 60$, yes 60$ and they still cant get it to me its just excuse after excuse and the customer service leaves the chat before you(i thought leaving or hanging up before the customer was the biggest no in customer service)when they cant answer your question. Unless you like being frustrated and annoyed i would avoid this.

In the logs it says that "payment authorization completed" 3 whole minutes after I paid! That would be amazing, if the order had gone through and I got the goods I needed and paid for. On both Paypal and my records it says that there was a withdrawal made, so me and the seller are waiting on the transaction to go through. Game's going down tonight for maintenance and I need it asap as by tomorrow it'll be far too late. Might have to take my business elsewhere sadly.

I was with Player Auctions for around 9 years. Until recently I really enjoyed their service. But now, it seems like their staff have checked out and just don't give a crap about customers, or for that matter money coming in. Their verification process is overdone, they are slow to respond and they don't even read the support messages properly and just keep passing the buck around or ignoring responses. I just wonder why they are so intent on throwing money away and alienating customers. All I wanted to do was spend money on the site, but apparently they just don't give a crap about that either.

They stole me 80€, after a month of emails and giving them all proof they need from my bank, they were responding less and less and now I know that I will never see this money again... I buyed their "security" fees but they didn't helped me... support is made of bots that send the things again and again... avoid this if you don't want to get problems... (sorry for bad english)
The staff team takes forever to reply to messages even when we paying a hefty fee for thier service, my account was suspended due to violation of posting discord, they told me to contact back and i did still no reply.
Bought an account that was reclaimed by the original owner and the owner still posted the same exact offer on their site i told the staff and seems like no one gives a $#*! about it.
Overall never recommending this site again.
