Seller states that the gold was delivered, I dispute it because no gold was delivered. We both provide our evidence. Mine was solid, video evidence of the entire event. I even refresh the message page many times while recording and you see his message "Be there in 5 minutes" pop up, then 15 minutes later, all of which is recorded, a second message "Gold delivered, please confirm." There was no trade and I had it recorded. Player auctions decided the seller was legit based off of MY EVIDENCE. They scammed me, BEWARE OF PLAYERAUCTIONS.
I love the fact that some one is taking our digital property, and across the board giving it value. If I want to resell my xbox discs I am able to go to game stop, but having the ability to do the same thing with my steam or other accounts is awesome.
Awesome website great company awesome experiences very trust worthy!
I have been in dispute with a buyer for over a month on what should be a clear cut case and PlayerAuctions refuses to respond to me regarding the case despite me contacting them multiple times.
A buyer contacts me with questions regarding my account and I respond back and forth for a couple weeks answering questions and getting the account transferred to an email account that I can hand over to him. This process was required since the game doesn't let you freely change the email address and is a process. He finally purchases the account complete with email. He test drives the account and decides he doesn't want it complaining that the Roleplay he wants is on another server and that it didn't have inventory and weight expansion so he opens a dispute.
This is buyer's remorse as I delivered the account as described in the post and accurately answered all his questions. This should be an easy win in a dispute and I expect to receive my money in the next week or so but sadly is not the case. Buyer starts lying saying the account is not in his full control and is locked changing the reason for the dispute halfway through and here I am over a month later with no account, no money, and no response regarding the status of this dispute. I have contacted PA multiple times and they say they have "escalated" the case over a week ago but still no response. Furthermore they refuse to give me a timeline of when this will be resolved.
This website is awesome. Secure for both buyers and sellers. Trusted and used for 3 years now.
On 24 May I purchased a League of Legends account from the seller Haidi1408. On 9 June, the account was reclaimed. Since that time, I've been trying to deal with PlayerAuction's "support" team to get a refund. Haidi1408 stopped talking to me over two months ago, after agreeing to a refund for me to remove my negative feedback regarding the auction. I've been trying to deal with PA for four months to get a refund. The two things they go to are 'Thanks for your patience", and "I'll send this to our team", and "Please be patient, it'll just be a bit longer".
Why they don't refund me the price of the account and collect from Haidi1408 (who makes hundreds of sales a day), is beyond me.
This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life.
P. S - Haidi1408 has started to offload all of his/her League of Legends accounts and has a barely anymore for sale. Seems he/she is moving to another game to screw people over.
Feel free to contact me regarding this rating at *******@gmail.com
I purchased a Runescape account through PlayerAuctions. A week later, the seller reclaimed the account. I had bought the insurance from PA. I submitted multiple screenshots and emails from the game publisher proving I no longer had the account but PA said that all of this was not proof enough that the seller reclaimed and they would not refund my money. So I lost $133.00. The seller has done this at least twice. His name is Jezi. Don't buy from PA or from Jezi.
I've used these guys many of times to buy and sell. Typically a great service. The moment you get into the dispute they drop you like a fly, hold the account in question and the cash. This company is a huge scam and doesn't care about it's customers. NEVER use these guys because those times you get into a dispute it isn't worth it. I'm currently in a dispute battle that has been going on for a MONTH without contact from PlayerAuctions on the matter. It should take a matter of a couple of business days to get a result according to their website. Every time I contact them (daily) they say I will be contacted by a member of the mediation team (which you cannot directly contact outside email) and I never have. Save you money! Save your time! Buy elsewhere.
I've been trading account and items on PA since november, 3 years ago and i had no problems whatsoever. Fast transactions, friendly staff, coupon giveaways. I dont know what more could you wish for. Every trade went smoothly with no delays.
I 100% recommend this site if you want a trade to go well and no scam.
Peace! Haha
Player auctions is a very easy and secure site to do business with. I've been buying and selling on pLayer auctions for over the last 6 years and its been very easy to buy game products with less than a 1% chance of any issues occurring. I would Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to buy virtual items.
I tried using this website. They certainly did not hesitate to take my money. However, the verification process required to actually receive my purchase was completely ridiculous. It's actually easier to obtain a US Passport than it is to make a purchase with these guys.
They want copies of bank statements, copies of government ID's, copies of your credit card, proof of address documents, photos of you holding all of these things.
I even bothered to go through all of these steps, then they said some of the items in the photos were hard to read. Are you joking? Are already made a purchase. They already took my money, they already got copies of the documents, and then the documents themselves in the photos of me holding them are hard to read?
I'd rather give my business to any other website but these guys. They are a scam and a joke.
Extremely great site can always come to the site for any of your gaming needs
I have bought over 15 LoL accounts with a 100% positive feedback, only 3 of them were hacked after a month or 2, in all of the 3 account that were hacked, I payed Player Auction's insurrance for a year.
Each time I talked to them (PA), they ask me to prove that the account was really hacked, so I sent them EVERY single possible proof that you can get of an account being hacked.
1- Log-in telling you that the account is currently being transfered to another region.
2- Multiple E-mails for password recoveries and such.
3- Plenty of Screenshots about the chats I had with the seller plus screenshots of my log-in info not working.
In all of 3 cases of the accounts I bought which where hacked, the answer was "Sorry but you did not provide enough evidence", besides this stupidity, if one of the account you bought was hacked on May, they reach to you on August, on top of that, they give a f*ck if you payed for a year of insurrance, to them you always "DID NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH EVIDENCE", so your only choices are, be extremely lucky from who you buy, otherwise you will never see your money again
Hell yeah accounts are good hell yeah buy lots of accounts hell yeah.
I've used Playerauctions for a good amount of transactions, and keep using them because they're so customer focused and deliver (although I suppose that's down to the sellers!) But PA do a great job in managing security on both sides.
100% recommend to anyone.
I have bought a few things from PlayerAuctions like a Pokemon Go account and Microsoft Office Pro and both came very fast and were legit. No issues with this site yet and I will continue to purchase from here as needed. I just recommend buying Player Guard with each purchase because its worth it just in case.
Did a few buys on the site. The transactions were always fast. So was the delivery. No complaints so far.
First of all, Look at all the '5 stars' review. They are fake as HELL, clearly wrote by PlayerAuctions themselves. No details on anything. But look at all the 1 star reviews, clearly exploiting their scam methods and how they are fake.
I'll make this clear. I am a buyer, I had total of 4 transactions with PlayerAuctions.
- Gold trade - I bought 20M gold for RS, they sold me a black gold. (but at least i got it)
- Account trade - HERE'S WHERE THEY SCAM! They reclaim their accounts AFTER few months. For me, it took them 8 months before I realized the account is under a different email address. + It automatically gives them a thumbs up after 30 days. So I contacted the PlayerAuction. They said ok. But in reality, nothing happens.^^^^^ I BET it was PlayerAuction themselves selling the account. So their rating has fake 90% and whenever they sell, they make free $100+.
- Cancelled order - they will act like they don't ****ing know. I had to contact Paypal and Credit card company to get my money back.
Conclusion: DON'T USE IT! Like i know u are reading this because you aren't sure if the website is legit or not. IT IS NOT! U WILL GET SCAMMED, ESP ACCT. 100% WILL GET RECLAIMED/TAKEN BACK BY THE OWNER.
Answer: You don't want to buy from them.
Answer: Just don't use their service. Trust me, you will save a lot of your nerves and time if you don't.
Answer: How to get started. Click the URL bar and type anything other than your terrible website. Unless you want to be scammed to lose time and money, in which case go ahead and continue using playerauctions.com.
Answer: You got scammed! So did I. PlayerAuctions is nothing but a SCAM!
Answer: Maybe this will help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Playerauctions Regardless they have terrible Customer Service. Their english is not proficient to be doing business in the US and their work ethic is just terrible. It's a shame that they show the stereotypical greed of chinese who just does it for money and doesn't care what gets in the way and cuts too many corners to be acceptable to be called "The worldโs safest player to player trading marketplace for WOW Gold, Runescape Gold, Guild Wars 2 Gold, ArcheAge Gold, CS: GO items and much more."
Answer: Don't do business with this company, they stole my money after my account was recovered merely a month later -- I'll be reporting them to the BBB after tonight.
Answer: Hello Mikael. Could you please try accessing the site again on a different browser? It might have just been a temporary website server issue, and this might be sorted out already. If you continue to have problems with this, please take a screenshot of where there seems to be an issue, then send it along with your username to support@playerauctions.com.
Answer: Absolutely. As a buyer, your payment is secure with us and will not be released to the seller until you click confirm on our website, once you have decided that the item/gold/account that you bought is good and complete. If you find any problems with the sale, you may dispute it and if the sale you received is not as described, you will be issued a refund. As a seller, your payment will be released once buyer is satisfied with the sale, and this guarantees that you will receive payment as opposed to transacting blindly on the internet with someone you don't know. In the case of disputes, if you've proven that you were able to deliver the sale successfully and as described, you will get the payment. Please note that we enact the User Assumption of Risk as stated in the front page of our website, in that we cannot guarantee that all trades will be free from risks. However, by carefully securing your order and being wary of scamming attempts, together with our team's efforts to secure an order, this can be thoroughly mitigated. I can elaborate more if you'd like, just post another question, Sabrina.
Answer: They will make sure you don't get refunded. Be sure of that. There sites a massive scammed just Google them...
