Recently purchased an account about a month and half ago the account was reclaimed and they suspended me from the website, and then proceeded to not respond to my emails when I have a 1 year full coverage insurance on the account I purchased. I talked to the live help and all they keep doing is saying they will notify our trust team to look over the details and contact you

I provided 30 days free insurance although it was a terrible mistake since I wasn't aware funds would be withheld for 30 days. On top of that, it will also take 2-3 days to process. WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT SOMEONE FOR HELP I GOT THE EQUIVLINT OF PISS OFF

I had many doubts about this site since i read many negative reviews about, like scams and others. I bought an account that got recovered after two months. I submitted a dispute and it has been two months. I provided screenshots proving that the account was reclaims but PA said I did not provide sufficient evidence. The seller finally sent me a message saying his brother recovered the account and lost the 500m it has (over $500 worth) and then gave me back the account and PA wouldn't do anything about it.
