I was insecure at first, but in the end it's worth it.
Definitely the best website to purchase digital goodies.
Fast, easy, no fuss, instant delivery, very polite. In five minutes I am on my way a very happy customer :)
I listed an account for sale and allowed playerauctions to verify it before they released it to the buyer. The buyer went about saying I did not give them everything I had offered and disputed it asking for 50% of the money back. Player Auctions then took a week to get back to me with the following message:
Please contact buyer via onsite message and help him get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Kindly reply to this email to tell us once the issue been resolved, we will release the payment to you then. If the issue can't be solved within 48 hours, we will close the order as 0% complete and refund the full payment to buyer. Please note that lack of response to this message will result to the completion of the order in favor of the buyer.
I basically gave my account to player auctions to sell and they released it to the buyer and instead of verifying all the proof I had (messages, pictures of inventory, along with verification from their website) they tell me to figure it out with the buyer who already has all my info and chooses not to reply. HORRIBLE services and complete bull$#*! about protection because I clearly have all the proof that they have chosen not to look at.
I have used PA for many many years. I see mixed reviews here because I have to say you do get some mixed results, but overall it is the best option out there. I see complaints about buyer scams. PA offers insurance and does pay if it happens. I suggest using paypal for all transactions so you get 90 days. The catch is that it is a payment to PA. I filed a complaint with paypal once since PA was not responding. They responded instantly by locking my PA account lol, BUT once I had there attention and removed my PayPal complaint, they fixed the problem. So, in conclusion, are they perfect, no, but out of all the various sites like this they are the best I have found. Buyer beware, don't buy from people with no ratings or new accounts etc. I would give them 4.5 stars if it was an option
I buy and sell on this site and it's great.
I receive my orders and payments very quickly.
I bought a clash of clans account changed all passwords/emails. After playing and doing many upgrades one month later the seller was able to take back the account by giving the original google email credentials. I submitted all screen shots proving that I no longer have access to the account I bought. Its been two weeks and no word from player auctions Game Account Reclamation department. I am not very optimistic and the seller has removed all items for sale in his store. I assume he is now operating under yet another name and stealing more money from unsuspecting players. This website will not protect the buyer at all. Stay away! If you get scammed, you have no way to get your money back.
I posted a review in 2016 about player auction. I have just browsed a few pages of the review section in 2018. I want to give some advice, player auction is a terrible site to use, it literally feels like a scam site. If you run into issues there support is not going to help. Player auction already got your money and has no inclination in helping customers. There are so many bad reviews on there site I'm note sure why people still 'try them for first time' to get scammed. And if its because there is also positive reviews, let me just say this, Player Auction operates like a scam site, they can more than afford to get 'paid reviews' (or have there employees post fake reviews). If you are new and looking for answer on whether or not to use player auction, save yourself and DO NOT bother using player auction.
My Review in 2016:
"It felt like they wanted to scam me"
I sold an item and it took almost 4 weeks for playerauction to pay me. They never followed up with email explaining issues. I had to contact them many time. There support was terrible, they tell you to do one thing and when you did exactly what they said they change the instructions. There phone system is a joke. It felt like I was never going get my money. I won't recommend using this site, sense of security is a huge failure.
Unfortunately, both of these orders happened simultaneously, so it's not like I kept selling after they had already screwed me.
The first issue was that I sold an account, buyer said they didn't notice something they didn't like about it in the description, requested a refund. I said I do a return. So Player Auctions issues a refund to them immediately and never got my account back!
A support ticket told me to basically bugger off and see if the game devs would return it to me.
The second issue was that they "failed to verify payment" AFTER they had posted the status of "verified payment" and had me submit my account details. They then gave my account details to the buyer but then "cancelled the order" when his payment method apparently didn't go through. They told me that I should just "cancel that order because the buyer was banned now" and refused to pay me despite their own "100% Chargeback protection for sellers".
2 accounts down the drain worth a total of $1,400.00 on this site. I do not recommend.
They sold me a bad everquest expansion key then banned me after i complained for 2 weeks because they would not do anything.Been trying to resolve this for a month with NOTHING from them.No one trusts them anymore after this.
PlayerAuctions feels extremely safe and has a great policy to ensure that you get your product from the seller, and vice versa. There are thousands of sellers and affordable products. My only concern was the slow phone verification when starting my account.
I have bought and sold on playerauctions for years and have never had any issues. Purchasing through reputable sellers is a must as they do not want to give up their reputation over a messily $50. It's about smart purchase and selling, don't go and buy an account over 100$ with someone who has 5 feedback. Be smart.
Successful. Transaction performed in a timely fashion.
Successful. Transaction performed in a timely fashion.
Trustworthy. I was one of those skeptical people who thought it was a scam, turns out it is 100% real. EZ gold for EZ money.
Everything went well untill i was supposed to be paid. I was going to get my money after the 1 week wait time. When it says my account has been suspended. I go create 7 different support tickets and none of them got any responds but all were marked as "solved"... so yeah... if youre going to sell something... do it somewhere else.
Been a trader here for a year now and have traded about a hundred transactions and all went successfully. More power to this site.
As stated above. In addition to that, the staff was very rude and they claimed to have "Investigated" the retrieved account claim. Will never return, and now that I've found a better gold/account selling rates. PA isn't anything more to me than just an abbreviation of the state 'Pennsylvania'.

First time on Player auctions and it was really fast and safe it felt like, multiple ways to pay
Answer: You don't want to buy from them.
Answer: Just don't use their service. Trust me, you will save a lot of your nerves and time if you don't.
Answer: How to get started. Click the URL bar and type anything other than your terrible website. Unless you want to be scammed to lose time and money, in which case go ahead and continue using playerauctions.com.
Answer: You got scammed! So did I. PlayerAuctions is nothing but a SCAM!
Answer: Maybe this will help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Playerauctions Regardless they have terrible Customer Service. Their english is not proficient to be doing business in the US and their work ethic is just terrible. It's a shame that they show the stereotypical greed of chinese who just does it for money and doesn't care what gets in the way and cuts too many corners to be acceptable to be called "The worldโs safest player to player trading marketplace for WOW Gold, Runescape Gold, Guild Wars 2 Gold, ArcheAge Gold, CS: GO items and much more."
Answer: Don't do business with this company, they stole my money after my account was recovered merely a month later -- I'll be reporting them to the BBB after tonight.
Answer: Hello Mikael. Could you please try accessing the site again on a different browser? It might have just been a temporary website server issue, and this might be sorted out already. If you continue to have problems with this, please take a screenshot of where there seems to be an issue, then send it along with your username to support@playerauctions.com.
Answer: Absolutely. As a buyer, your payment is secure with us and will not be released to the seller until you click confirm on our website, once you have decided that the item/gold/account that you bought is good and complete. If you find any problems with the sale, you may dispute it and if the sale you received is not as described, you will be issued a refund. As a seller, your payment will be released once buyer is satisfied with the sale, and this guarantees that you will receive payment as opposed to transacting blindly on the internet with someone you don't know. In the case of disputes, if you've proven that you were able to deliver the sale successfully and as described, you will get the payment. Please note that we enact the User Assumption of Risk as stated in the front page of our website, in that we cannot guarantee that all trades will be free from risks. However, by carefully securing your order and being wary of scamming attempts, together with our team's efforts to secure an order, this can be thoroughly mitigated. I can elaborate more if you'd like, just post another question, Sabrina.
Answer: They will make sure you don't get refunded. Be sure of that. There sites a massive scammed just Google them...
