Update as of May 5th- after a night of exchanging over 60+ emails and me constantly harrassing them about getting paid, they sent my payment to Paypal. I purposely stayed up tonight to catch their pay and I quickly grabbed the money and sent it to a friend so they could not cancel their payment. Still a very shady business and will never use them again. Good luck if you do.
Sold an account on here, gave the 14 day guarantee on my account. The buyer has my account and is pleased, gave me a good rating and everything.

They did pay to my Paypal and then canceled the payment 12 MINUTES LATER.
They said that I did not claim it in time and they canceled it for that reason and to contact Paypal for help.

I have called and emailed repeatedly about this and I get no response thru email and nobody ever picks up the phone*******208) when I dial. So, lesson learned.
Sold my account and never received my money they dont reply to my emails when i contacted support I'm posting a video on youtube about this scamming piece of $hit! Disbursement time was already done and i have been waiting for 2 weeks now for them to send the money but they didnt and the person who bought my account is part of it too those scamming piece of $#*! he said "haha you just got scammed kid".
Update they scammed two of my accounts someone bought my account and then cancelled order after getting my accounts password and email chance everything! Then playerauctions support wont reply to my mails!

We absolutely need to ban that scammer and prevent these things from happening to you again or other sellers. Can you send me a message with his PlayerAuctions username? Can you also send me information about this, such as your Offer ID, and an Order ID if available?

I PAID 150 $ WITH MY PAYPAL! FOR COC ACCOUNT, AND ITS SAYS PAYMENT VERIFYING IM WAITING 1 day and its still same, i sent 10 tickets to support nobody respone. I GO TO POLICE NOW!

I've used this site before and i loved it. Now i hate it. To start, when i tried to pay, they charged me 4 times for their verification fee. Finally my card was blocked. So then i had to go to my bank and discuss it with them and they cleared most of it up. Then i went back home and tried again. Finally the payment went through. Now ive been emailing them for about 3 hours trying to get my money. I have to send them verification by getting an online banking statement. I dont even have online banking, so i called the bank and they emailed it to me. Now they're saying its not enough information so i have to go on paint and highlight everything theyre asking for. Even after all that, now theyre asking for a picture of my credit card. I sent that to them too. Now ive been waiting for about 5 hours doing this whole process and i have to go to work soon. I wont even get my money today.

However, PlayerAuctions doesn't charge any "verification fees" so I'd like to look into this to see where you're coming from. Hopefully this has been resolved by now as part of our risk management SLAs.

I sold a Warcraft account her took them a month to send the money then they cancelled it 25 minutes later. Blocked me on facebook, ignored a weeks worth of emails, I have proof of them blocking me on facebook.
Update: They FINALLY gave me the money - So i decided i'd order something else to see if this was just a one time mistake - Anyhow. Bad decision, first seller didn't deliver. Cancelled it, out $80 for probably another month, ordered another account - they said their system got stuck after taking my money out of my bank account, and then said they couldn't fix it so i'd have to cancel again, and then wait 1-3 days for a refund ( thats what they said it would take to get the money from selling my account too, which turned into 60 days). Sad, used to like this website alot.

Account was suspended because these idiots thought I was sharing playerauctions accounts with the person who sold me an rs account. They banned my account and sent me an email saying my account was banned but they left the dude who sold me the account unbanned. I just made a purchase for rsgp before they banned me and now i'm out money and the customer service doesn't respond at all. Absolute nightmare to deal with I just want my money back.

Answer: Hello Elaby. Fabricating fake feedback is not "unintentional". The same goes with creating multiple accounts and faking the registration country/location. Disbursements are held for the security of the buyers if the seller is found to have committed several offenses.

With regards to disbursement, when you offer free insurance, this takes into account the insurance period (in your case, 14 days) PLUS the routine disbursement time for your seller level (usually 2-3 business days). To set expectations properly, it could take up to 15-18 calendar days to get your payment for a 14-day free insurance, considering that weekends are not counted in business days. I hope that clarifies that this is standard process, not a scam.
I'm not sure what you mean by "canceled the payment 12 MINUTES LATER" because that is highly unusual (we do payments in bulk, and cancellations of such volume would be irregular). You're right, that's not how it's done. If you can give me the Order ID, then I can check out what went wrong and raise any issues internally with our finance and tech teams. (At this moment, I can't provide any useful information without knowing the Order ID, your disbursement method, the transaction ID on our end, or your username.)
Also, I'm sorry, but we don't currently offer phone support, and I'm not sure where you got that phone number but it may be the telefax at our remote office.
