Insure your purchase and have no worries, I love using this website because its so simple and easy to get what I need.
This is a great site to buy AND sell. I have used PlayerAuctions since 2016, and with little to no issues other than those that I cause myself. The only con of the site is that there is no longer the helpful live chat. Emailing take longer in general, and the live chat was just helpful all around to solving issues with being scammed like I went through at one time. The tax on PA is a bit high, but it is what is necessary for your purchases and items that you sell to be secure all the way through. Overall, this is a great and safe site!
Good site. Safe and secure. I havent had any problems so far. They also guarantee that nothing will happen plus you get a 5% coupon for writing reviews. Great deal.
Fast and good service. Good thing my friend suggested to me. And I recommend it to my other friends as well. Will definitely use again and again.
I'm very thankful for this site. It never fails to deliver my needs. True, it's not perfect, I've had my fair share of issues every now and then, but they always seem to find a way to make it right for me. A big thumbs up to you guys!
I've been using this service for quite some time now. I'm very much satisfied with their service. Keep it up PA!
I have used them several times and will continue to use them simply the best out there! No need to search around they have the game you are looking for and its always fast and secure
Bought an Steam account an it was all good! The site prevented all the information for a good purchase!
Bought a league of legends account for 100 dollars which is quite the amount for a league account so decided to take insurance for another 5 dollars. This account got retrieved by its original owner so I contacted the support staff and provided them with all the information needed. They quickly closed the ticket when I didn't respond 3 emails later within 24 hours. Made another ticket immediately but never heard from them again.
Great Site, Great Customer Service, and as Always Its 100% safe especially with all of their safeguards to protect buyers, as well as sellers!
After writing my review, Richard from PlayerAuctions contacted me regarding my complaint and dealt with it swiftly and professionally and issued me compensation. I'm going to be giving PlayerAuctions another shot and I hope for a successful purchase!
Thank you so much for updating us, Adam. Please feel free to contact us again here if you ever run into any difficulties, and we'd be more than happy to help. Good luck on your next purchase and I hope you find what you're looking for!:)
Best regards,
Richard
I recently purchased a Runescape Account from a seller on PlayerAuctions and opted to pay into their insurance system which is valid for 1 year from purchase. This option is advertised as so:
"PlayerAuctions offers insurance packages (full refund, valid 1 year) which protect against the rare event of your purchased game account ever being irrecoverably reclaimed by a previous owner."
The account I purchased was recovered within 1 week so I went through PlayerAuctions resolution center and submitted my evidence, the seller didn't even reply within 72 hours. After the 72 hours the case went into 'manual resolution' and was favored towards the seller with no additional information or evidence requested.
The seller already has bad feedback for scamming (Couple of days after my order)
Took forever for a response and then never did get an account... Should of just leveled my own. Though this would of been neat but being scammed is never fun.
Hi there, Myles,
Terribly sorry to hear about this. I checked on our logs, and the correct order is 3468801. Let me assure you that at this point there isn't any scam activity; PlayerAuctions has done inspecting the game account and the email containing the game account details was sent to you. To be sure, I've resent the game account details to your email just now. I've also sent you a PM here to establish communications with you in case you have questions.
Apologies for the hassle, Myles. Please let me know how it goes by replying back to my PM to you here.
Kind regards,
Richard
I was with Player Auctions for around 9 years. Until recently I really enjoyed their service. But now, it seems like their staff have checked out and just don't give a crap about customers, or for that matter money coming in. Their verification process is overdone, they are slow to respond and they don't even read the support messages properly and just keep passing the buck around or ignoring responses. I just wonder why they are so intent on throwing money away and alienating customers. All I wanted to do was spend money on the site, but apparently they just don't give a crap about that either.
Hello there, Agostino,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your experience with this latest order. I'd like to sincerely apologize for the hassle you went through in trying to secure this order, and I understand this has taken you a lot of time. The reason why we had to conduct the verification (even if you have already done that before) is for us to combat fraud and make sure your information at PlayerAuctions is up to date. In the event that your account is compromised, we have solid info to fall back to when it comes to validating your identity.
In case you decide to place an order again, we'd like to make it up by expediting the transaction to make sure it's hassle-free and convenient for you. I'm going to send you a private message so you can write back to us any questions you may have. Again, my sincerest apologies, Agostino.
Best regards,
Richard
I'm brazzillian, so, one site like Player Auctions help aloot us, is fast too.
I bought in playerauctions before and always be satisfiet
This stupid site has so much security I entered the correct charge on my CC to verify I was the owner after sitting on the phone with my cc company for 15 minutes. The answer was not accepted because I did not enter a 0 before the decimal. So how many of there up to $1 charges do I have to eat before I am allowed to actually use their pay site? No thanks I'll take my business elsewhere. They want nazi security that makes it impossible to use or force me to spend half my day on the phone to check charge after charge... not for me. I just wish I could delete my account at player auctions.
Hello there, Curt,
I'm very sorry for the experience you had with our payment verification. The initial charge on the credit card was meant to validate the payment method, and the following steps were meant to establish your identity with us. We're very sorry if you found it to be too strict, but we do through that process for your security to ensure that nobody else can use your payment in the event of an account hijack.
In case you change your mind and decide to order again, let us know and we'll be more than happy to do what we can in order to make your transaction successful and hassle-free. I will be sending you a PM so you can write back to us for any questions or concerns. My apologies for the inconvenience, Curt.
Kind regards,
Richard
I have been using Playerauction for years. Its always my first choice for online game sell/buy site!
As many other sellers / buyers, I was scammed and lost a lot of money. I paid xxx amount to the seller, got the in game currency, one day later his account got banned because he * up, then I lost the ingame currency of course, PLUS I had to cover the difference of what I spent with the currency I got from the banned player (because in the system my account showed " - 5876 Gold". So I had to buy back the gold and pay AGAIN for the negative account balance.
I explained PA customer support everything, even with proof. But they always had some scripted answers telling me they couldn't do anything...
Stay as far away as possible, because if you do get scammed, they won't help you.

Hello there, Hulidos,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I was able to find your ticket and I'm very sorry, it's true that as per policy, we cannot account for charge backs or actions done by the game company/publisher. As a middleman service, we have a duty to make sure that the transaction is completed successfully for both parties, but at the same time we enact the "user assumption of risk", that transactions will always entail some form of risk as game publishers may take action which is beyond the control of PlayerAuctions, the buyer, and the seller.
However, I would very much like to help you with this issue, Hulidos. I will be sending you a PM, and if you could reply back a screenshot of Digital Extreme's email telling you that the amount of Plat was recovered, then I would be happy to look into this and work on a compromise for you. Once you send it in, please give us until next week to work on it. Sorry for the wait.
Kind regards,
Richard
Trust able market place and 100% legit, I've purchased a lot of items through this store. I've been able to get into quick touch with many venders almost immediately and have had no bad experiences so far.
I purchased Platinum ( Warframe currency) from 2 buyers on the site. In the end, my platinum was taken back by seller. I asked for a refund and he said he has already filed refund procedures for me. That was in 16 dec 2017 and 22 dec 2017 where I was overseas doing it. Both said they has filed refund procedures but I haven't gotten any back. Then I tried to reach out to support and it does "not fall within the scope of support we are able to provide." Wow... Seriously? At the moment, Im waiting for the playerauction email to respond to my case on paypal. If no reply is seen, ill escalate it to paypal or even my bank.
EDIT: I asked paypal to reverse the transaction and Im not sure how it is going. But I realised they banned my PlayerAuction account. :). Their actions speak for themselves, terrible way of "helping" other people. Stay away from their website to avoid scams
EDIT 2: I've been banned, Op. How do you expect me to file a dispute now? Its like asking me to go to McDonalds to buy food when Im under house arrest.
Hello there, Dale,
I'm very sorry for what happened with your Platinum purchase. As per policy we cannot refund nor replace items that were charged back by the game company/publisher. This is why on our website, we have a disclaimer that says all transactions entail a form of risk; Please see "User Assumption of Risk". I checked on the two orders and there are still no disputes made for each, and on your ticket there wasn't any evidence that proves this was indeed charged back by Digital Extremes.
For this, I will send you a private message explaining the process on how we can resolve this for you, but I'm gonna have to ask you to contact Digital Extremes for that.
Thanks for sharing your concern, and we hope you have a good day.
Best regards,
Richard
Answer: You don't want to buy from them.
Answer: Just don't use their service. Trust me, you will save a lot of your nerves and time if you don't.
Answer: How to get started. Click the URL bar and type anything other than your terrible website. Unless you want to be scammed to lose time and money, in which case go ahead and continue using playerauctions.com.
Answer: You got scammed! So did I. PlayerAuctions is nothing but a SCAM!
Answer: Maybe this will help: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Playerauctions Regardless they have terrible Customer Service. Their english is not proficient to be doing business in the US and their work ethic is just terrible. It's a shame that they show the stereotypical greed of chinese who just does it for money and doesn't care what gets in the way and cuts too many corners to be acceptable to be called "The world’s safest player to player trading marketplace for WOW Gold, Runescape Gold, Guild Wars 2 Gold, ArcheAge Gold, CS: GO items and much more."
Answer: Don't do business with this company, they stole my money after my account was recovered merely a month later -- I'll be reporting them to the BBB after tonight.
Answer: Hello Mikael. Could you please try accessing the site again on a different browser? It might have just been a temporary website server issue, and this might be sorted out already. If you continue to have problems with this, please take a screenshot of where there seems to be an issue, then send it along with your username to support@playerauctions.com.
Answer: Absolutely. As a buyer, your payment is secure with us and will not be released to the seller until you click confirm on our website, once you have decided that the item/gold/account that you bought is good and complete. If you find any problems with the sale, you may dispute it and if the sale you received is not as described, you will be issued a refund. As a seller, your payment will be released once buyer is satisfied with the sale, and this guarantees that you will receive payment as opposed to transacting blindly on the internet with someone you don't know. In the case of disputes, if you've proven that you were able to deliver the sale successfully and as described, you will get the payment. Please note that we enact the User Assumption of Risk as stated in the front page of our website, in that we cannot guarantee that all trades will be free from risks. However, by carefully securing your order and being wary of scamming attempts, together with our team's efforts to secure an order, this can be thoroughly mitigated. I can elaborate more if you'd like, just post another question, Sabrina.
Answer: They will make sure you don't get refunded. Be sure of that. There sites a massive scammed just Google them...
Answer: Hello Elaby. Fabricating fake feedback is not "unintentional". The same goes with creating multiple accounts and faking the registration country/location. Disbursements are held for the security of the buyers if the seller is found to have committed several offenses.
Hello there, Tim,
We're very sorry for what happened with your LOL account. I have sent you a private message which contains a compensation for you. I understand that this has been incredibly difficult for you and even though we can no longer issue you an outright refund since the case is already lost, we hope we can make it up to you with the compensation we've just sent. If you have any questions, feel free to write back to my PM to you, and I'll happily oblige.
Kind regards,
Richard
