The Girls atending fitting rooms have a bad acttitude I went twice last 2 weeks, and was the same, races!

I have to be HONEST as possible here. This place really need to re package themselves. 10 years ago they would buy jeans whether they are high end or not bc people of all walks of life would buy. High end or not they would make money. Now all they buy is brand name. What's funny is the people that look through your clothes couldn't tell you fashion that would sell or not. Most look like they roll out of bed and don't even take care of themselves. I can understand where people say they look at you and immediately will say "I will not buy or even look through the bags" as I was bringing in bags, employees were pulling clothes from bags ans laughing. I find this absolutely disgusting. If you don't like it fine, put it down and move on. I waited about an hour for them to look through my 2 bags of clothes mostly jeans, or nice black pants, most with tags. But it gets better. I walked out but came back in and watched them. Not 1 of my items were even pulled out of my bags and then got sent a text message that they didn't accept any of my clothes. What a joke. If they even took time to look, I guarantee they would have taken at least half. Brand name with tags never wore( bc I have lost, within a year 94 pounds, and did not have a chance to wear them. Don't waste your time. The reviews are right. A lot of clothes they have bought wouldn't even sell at goodwill. Armpit stains. I picked through and saw a pair of jeans that had period blood in the crotch and not just on the inside it was way old and disgusting. Some of these clothes smelled like they had cats in there house and the smell couldn't be washed out of these clothes due to cat urine. Unless you want to get 25 percent of what your clothes are even worth brand new. Don't waste your time. Put on marketplace or go to a different consignment. Not everyone needs something brand name. And not everything brand name sells. People rich and poor or whatever they may be financially, may want something cute and not just with a tag. The thrift isn't really thrift here. Just people that make judgment by discrimination is all I saw and bad business. Keep it moving somewhere else.

We found so many great work clothes here.I also found beach clothes for myself. Great jean selection!

Absolutely better off donating with what they pay you. It's embarrassing the the money they offer you.

When I got there I was told that my clothes had to be reviewed and that they took all clothes except for ones that had been seriously worn out none of my items were seriously worn out lots of them had brand new tags unfortunately I had a tenant with mental illness that left behind lots of new clothes I waited a good 45 minutes for the girl to turn around and tell me we only accept teenage girls clothes for sale and that I should just take everything back it wasn't worth their time well that was after I had asked how long it was going to be and what kind of clothes they took she should not have told me that they take all clothes and I'm extremely disappointed that my time was wasted my gas was wasted going down there and that they were very rude to me when I didn't want to take the items back because they were of no use to me unfortunately they could have been donated I'm hopefully that they will donate them and not sell them on their racks but I've seen plenty of ladies clothes on their racks and I'm sure my clothes will be sold as well fortunately for me I didn't pay for these were left by a tenant who owed me rent so I was trying to just recoup some of that rent money but that's okay I will survive I just feel like these people are wasting people's time and basically stealing from the public when these clothes can be used for the homeless and other purposes to make money for organizations like AA or na for example these people don't think twice that those places run by young girls and has a manager that is lucky she's 19 or 20 I guess called me up telling me that I will come back and pick up my clothes so she will call them and have me arrested for leaving trash in her store I am appalled and I cannot believe it
