Well I keep thinking to myself "how can they be this affordable AND offer this level of support" way more than I expected and hoped for. Their servers are fast and their patience is phenomenal. Impressed! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I've been with Planethoster for about 5 years and have hosted many sites and clients with them. They by far have the best customer service from any of the hosting companies I have worked with between my sites and my clients' sites. You can't beat the service and price and the ease of use of their services and control panel features.

Planethoster is great. I've been through many hosting providers and these guys help with thing other providers would say 'it's your job to know how to do this-we only host it'. One guy stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours when I switched from a Magento site to a Wordpress site. He made sure everything was how it should be. 10/10 will recommend.

I had multiple questions and he tackled them one at a time and waited while I completed the tasks to accomplish my goals. My tech help experience with Planethoster is always excellent. Little to no wait time and friendly folks every time with lots of patience.

The pricing and support is very good. They use a proprietary front- & back-end which I found very easy to use and I have generally been very satisfied with them.

I have just moved my business website hosting to Planethoster based on the good reviews they had on the net. I have to say the support so far has been excellent, my website was transferred for me with very little fuss and quickly. I had difficulty transferring my e-mail account but again this was transferred for me by a member of the support team very quickly.
