Planethoster is available to help via phone support with the click of a button. Agents respond almost immediately, and the process to verify you for security is extremely quick and simple. They will often take care of the issue immediately on their end if they can and otherwise provide clear help and explanations.

The new interface and software solution called "N0C" is a total mess. Mails blocked, IP's blocked and Captcha not working for unblocking. Migration from Cpanel to N0C lose files, emails, passwords. It was a good provider that became greedy and don't care about customers anymore. Been with them for more than 10 years, but now they force you to move to Hybrid and dedicated servers by locking you out and not providing minimal services like web and mail. Sadly, I will not recommend this anymore to my clients, I don't want to lose them...
