Beautiful and really cute clothing selections different from the typical store bought. I get compliments all of the time. Great customer service and easy returns. I'm obsessed with their clothing! They are so soft and well made. The best jeans I've ever owned too!
I PL. They have beautiful clothes for all occasions. Sometimes it's a little pricey. Sometimes dresses need a slip under them because they can be seen through when standing in the light. Overall, I love all my PL products I've ordered. I've also visited the store which is really cute with lots of inventory. I hope they open a White House, TN or Nashville, TN location soon!

I placed an order and forgot to include my discount code at check out. I decided to email customer service and see what could be done.
Within minutes i had a reply stating they would refund my card the total amount of the discount
I haven't received my product yet but I'm sure if it's anything like their service I will love it!

Their return policy is terrible for those who never purchased from here and don't know the quality or fit of their items. You only get store credit or a gift card even if you request a return the next day you receive the item.
Pink lily sent me a dress and it had a tear. Not only was this dress the wrong size and damaged, but the correct size was sold out. Now it's like pulling teeth to get my $46 back. If they change their returns policy to make it more user friendly I might consider giving them another try in the future. However not only was the quality of the material on this dress cheap and lacking quality, I am hesitant to ever spend money here again if they refuse to refund in the same form of payment within a reasonable time of the return.

Consistent brand! I love that they are local to KY and built themselves up from a very small business. Sometimes the items are different than the way they seem on the models (good photography angles and poses) but I am pretty happy with the overall experience. I will probably order from here more often when shipping times return to normal.
I can honestly say I think so highly of all the people involved with Pink Lily. I've had many experiences from either customer service with a live person to emails back regarding my purchases. If the quality of an item was damaged when delivered, they gave me the option for a full refund or gift card. If a piece was missing, they sent another one asap. If I wanted to change a size before my item was ready to ship, they are happy to do so. I love the videos they have with most items available, it always helps get a better feel for the pieces. If an item didn't meet expectations, I can return for a gift card and I hope that soon a full return will be in their future with their business now growing and blooming.

I ordered two dresses that were above $50 each and one arrived damaged and the other was very large despite purchasing a small and using the website's guidance for size selection. I was unhappy with my products and then learned the return window is vary narrow (less than 30 days) and only store credit is refunded. Shipping for your return is deducted from your store credit. For me, this was an expensive waste, especially considering one item arrived damaged. I will not buy from this company again.
Just the fact that I had to pay 6 dollars to send my items back, on top of that they didn't return the money to its original payment method, (store credit is what you get), therefore I won't shop from them again. Material of the items were cheaply made also.
If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered quite a few things and literally none of them were good quality and the sizes were all over the place. I reached out for a refund and learned that they will only give store credit and of course I have to pay to ship what I got back to them. I have zero interest in trying any of their other products. How can you justify a store credit only return policy when you are an online boutique and people cannot try things on first?! This policy is listed on the website, but have fun scrolling to try to find it. Do not give them your money.

I love the clothing and the prices/sales are good to look at often. However, there shipping is downright horrendous. For such a popular brand it shouldn't take a week plus for usps to get my item after the label was created and it had "shipped". It's such a turn off when they can't even ship in a timely fashion. Highly disappointed.
This website has some cute clothes but some of the items were very cheap. I could actually see through the fabric before I even put it on. Even more irritating is that when you return items you can ONLY get store credit AND you have to pay for the shipping. Of course they don't tell you that until you go to process a return. There are better websites for similar price points and with MUCH better return policies. I won't be shopping here again.

PinkLily has some cute clothes for sure! Their customer service is spot on. Their clothes run true to size mostly and shipping speed is good. My only complaint is some (few) of their clothes are poor quality. That being said their customer service will make your issue right if you did get a poor quality item. Lastly, they only offer store credit and if you return something for store credit they charge you $6 per return off your refund. That's pretty lame considering most online companies that give you gift cards cover the return since they are keeping your money basically.
Either way, I do love their stuff tho! I'd recommend!

Love the customer service with Pink Lilly. Very responsive. I do wish though that instead of store credit we could get a full refund. My most recent purchase I returned all items. I ordered a bathing suit top and the bag it was in was labeled top but the actual product was bottoms. No fault to whoever was pulling the inventory. The 2 tanks and the shirts I ordered, I didn't love the material. I will order again from Pink Lilly but wishing I had a refund instead of the credit! This was my first time ordering from Pink Lily and it's been a great experience! I've always been skeptical of ordering clothes online from a retailer that I've never bought from before, but I love that they show their clothes on all different body styles and give their measurements :) That helped me so much! I received my order today and realized that I ordered a mismatch bikini top and bottom... My fault all around! But the customer service through the chat was really quick and I love that you're chatting with an actual person! The only thing I wish I could do was a simple exchange of bikini tops (for the one I meant to get to match my bottoms...), but it's okay! I'm glad I got my order fast (with 2-day shipping) so I could correct my error and order the correct top in time for Memorial Day weekend :) I'll definitely be ordering again from Pink Lily!

I ordered a few items from pink lily because I got a gift card for Christmas. I accidentally put the order through without entering my gift card. I contacted the company right away. Within an hour, they had refunded my original order so that I could place it with the gift card. My order arrived this week and I love it all! The clothes fit well, look as pictured and are a fair price. I'll definitely be shopping here again

I only wish I had read the Facebook reviews of this joke of a company before I purchased. They refuse to offer a refund on an item that is the wrong size and are unable to exchange since the item is out of stock. Will give store credit. No thanks, ill eat the $69 and I'll never order from them again.

I have always had great experiences with Pink Lily's customer service team. Anytime I have either had a general question or needed something resolved, I have dealt with nothing but excellent courtesy. They respond quickly and professionally, but also make me feel like more than just a numbered customer. Every piece of clothing I have ever purchased has been exceptional quality. And if it comes in Pink-you have my heart! Can't say enough good things about this boutique.
I ordered 4 shirts from the site. One was a sweater which I will say does fit perfectly. However the other 3 were dressy tops they were all very small and cheap feeling material but didn't cost cheap. When it comes to returns you are only allowed store credit, well I used a coupon offered for my first time shopping they said if you use discounts you can't get your money back on the items for the store credit. Wish I would have known that before using it.
Answer: The description of the product, the detailed sizing information and all the reviews from other customers makes it so easy. It's hard enough to purchase online clothing, but Pink Lily does a great job of going into detail about the sizing
Answer: They are a legit company but have very shady ethics and values. Their products are about the same quality as Dollar Tree or some bargain outlet vendor. All brands are from China.
