I recently ordered a dress yesterday for a next day delivery (which should come today) the whole point of a NEXT DAY DELIVERY! However I still have not recieved so I went and spoke to one of the advisors on the pink boutique website, after 20 mins of waiting I finally got through, I told the women about my problem and her reply was so rude I was in shock, her name was Nicole so I would like to make a complaint about her. Her words was " well If you wanted it by Saturday You should of done the Saturday delivery then" I then asked if I could change my delivery option for a Saturday delivery but she said "No I can't do that" she was very helpless and I will not be ordering of this website again! Terrible service, disgusting communication and very bad delivery status.
Will not be buying from here again. I ordered my shirts a month ago & it was suppose to be here over a week ago. When i called to ask about my package, a young lady was on the phone and was very unprofessional. When calling several times to find out where my package is, the company sent me to voicemail on the 2nd ring. Worse company every & service is the worst i've ever had! Will NOT be buying from here again!

The quality of the clothes that pink boutique supplies is disgusting. The prices here are not cheap at all. In fact, the company buys clothes and shoes for pennies and resells at very high prices. I will never buy things in this online store any more.

I ordered my package last Friday and it was expected to arrive BY tomorrow. The website clearly states that delivery to the United States takes 2-5 working days, "not usually" or "approximately," simply says just that. They didn't send tracking info until Tuesday, barely any updates. A package that is supposed to arrive TOMORROW just received a UPS tracking number. The number lists no information other than "Arrived in country," which could be California, Hawaii or Puerto Rico for all I know. I contact Pink Boutique, no response. I contact UPS, they say my package is coming from iParcel in Jamaica, NY and hasn't been released. They also said UPS will send it to USPS in 2 days, then it will take another 2 days for USPS to deliver it to me. So that is 7 working days. In total 10-12 days, which is double what they're falsely advertising. I am traveling early next week and placed this order specifically because the delivery time was impeccable & I am so overwhelmed. Still no answers. Still no dress. This is for a major formal event and I'm saddened by the fact that I may not even receive it in time. I made plans to be home all day to retrieve my package tomorrow and even scheduled an appointment with a tailor for Saturday to make any necessary alterations. This is an absolute disaster and I'll probably never order from Pink Boutique again!
I'm not usually one to complain but I feel I have been treated quite unfairly by this company! I ordered a size 12 maxi dress at a cost of £22 + £2.50 postage. What arrived was a large, if on their website they had put S/M/L I would have ordered a medium. When I tried it on was more like a 14-16. I even measured the dress to compare it to the size chart on their website and it was way off so felt I was entitled to a full refund including any postage I had paid. I would have reordered the dress in a smaller size had they not been so dismissive of me. They don't do exchanges so my only option is to send it back for a refund at a cost to me of £2.50 for postage. When I emailed them to share my concerns they said send it back and they would review it. 5 days later I receive an email to say I have been refunded the for the dress minus my return postage and my original postage but with no explanation why my complaint has been ignored. I had to email them to ask. Their response was it was within the guide lines, which it wasn't compared to THEIR SIZE CHART! So I am now left with no dress and £5 out of pocket for my time and effort! I will never shop with this company again and urge others not to as you will be ripped off.
I ordered a pair of track pants off this site along with a skirt. The track pats looked nothing like that photo on the site they came broken with a hole in one of the legs side seems. The skirt was way too big near my knees and too small near my waist. I ordered a size 10 and have a size 6 waist so im really confused. Waste of money I cant wear any of the pieces I bought.
Really good service. I did return a dress that had deodorant marks on it and they charged me for the return! Other than that clothes are great quality and good service
I Was really imptessed with Pink boutique after my parcel got lost and then I emailed customer care. They were really helpful and explained it was down to a mix up wit the courier. I got my dress a day later than expected but it didn't matter :)
