I have been using Pink Boutique for a while now and the only issue I have is that there is always too much I want. Today I had a query with an order and spoke with Anna who was lovely and very helpful and dealt with my query quickly.

Gorgeous stock, quality fit & fab prices. Just wish I could have eveeerrrrryytthhing! Never had a bad experience here, 100% best on the market! Love this shop, I sit for hours on it ignoring my fella and screenshotting all my future wardrobe haha! Vanessa replied super quick to my email and now she's dancing around the office haha

I messaged pb via fb regarding a order I was placing I had an almost instant response from chantel who was so help always happy with the service and products

Had the pleasure of speaking to Lucy in Customer Services today and what a superstar! Friendly and polite and helped me out really quickly. Love the PB clothes and how they encourage woman to lift and support each other in their FB group. Got my eye on a few other bits and pieces so it won't be long until I make another purchase!

Ordered a pink and white jumpsuit from here and it came within a day! It is great material and a brilliant fit (which Is hard to find for me) it is absolutely stunning and I will be ordering from here again :)

Awful company, returns, products and customer service are way below standard.

It's very telling the fact they disable the reviews on Facebook.

With such amazing companies such as missguided and boohoo, I would never even entertain using them. I'd highly advise people to shop around at the excellent companies out there rather than wasting money with these. AVOID THEM

Clothes are always of excellent quality and true to size, they have a great range of beautiful clothes which are trendy.
As a company pink boutique are fabulous, reply quick and will always deal with any query or problem quickly, professionally and in a fair manner.

Best boutique with the loveliest clothes. Anything I have ordered has always turned up exactly the way it looks in the pics and always fits.
Total budget friendly too unless your like me and just buy everything from their website and still end up skint anyway lol!

I've always loved pink boutique and thought it was decent price for the quality of clothing. However I bought 4 bikinis for my holiday and a couple of weeks later all four are in the sale yet the majority of the others are still full priced. Quite infuriating it's the ones I have purchased that have all gone down not long after has put me off..

Bought the "weekend in Rome" green floral grill wrap mini dress from pink boutique for my holiday to Hurghada and it fit like a dream! I ordered two sizes to make sure I had the perfect fit and the return of the bigger size was simple and easy to do and my money was refunded quickly! Would 100% recommend this company for any of their clothing! All of their items are well made and look amazing!

Find expensive delivery and returns need to look at cost or will lose customers which would be a shame other company's don't charge whot pink boutique do

Ordered a dress from this company and was too small and short. Sent it back for a refund and I was refused this. The dress was sent back to me and when I phoned the customer service to ask why, she said it was due to the dress being marked. This was not the case when I sent the dress back for a refund initially. Terrible experience.

Received my parcel and the dress was badly torn sent a picture of it on Facebook messenger and they immediately sent a replacement out on next day delivery and it was lovely, can't fault their customer services!
