I brought some heels for my birthday, I went out in them and within an hour they had cut my feet up and I was in a lot of pain. My foot was sliding completely out of the shoe. I wear heels ALL the time and I've never had an experience like it. My toes are bruised and I'm covered in burst blisters, I can barely walk now they're that painful. Sent them photos as evidence and they just told me they can't refund me as it's not a shoe fault and nobody has had this problem. Funnily enough on my night out a girl saw me in pain and asked if I got them from PB and she said she had the same problem and the strap broke but customer service had been terrible. So don't lie to me Pink Boutique. Putting two kisses at the end of your message doesn't take away the injuries your product caused to my feet. Absolute joke of a company.
I ordered shoes for my daughter's graduation. The ones received were the wrong colour and the wrong size and the company could not guarantee to dispatch a replacement in time, so I returned for a refund, however the refund did not include the shipping cost, leaving me £3 out of pocket for the company having dispatched the wrong item. I took this up with Pink Boutique and Paypal as this is against the Consumer Rights Act which states a buyer should not be out of pocket where a company has failed to supply the correct goods. I notice a lot of people are saying the same on here about being charged to return incorrect items, so challenge this if you are charged for returning faulty/wrong items. Sent 2 parcels back this week. Charged £6.49 per parcel and I bothered to drive them to Asda to return. Appalling fees - Knocked £6.49 off both refunds. Never again. My custom has gone. Had over once - well twice now!

Therefore £2.50 is deducted from your refund for the use of our returns label.

So the first time I ever ordered from here they sent me the wrong item, I just left it and kept it! Didn't order again for a few years - I ordered the other day "rose gold pair of heels" they sent me out a "black" pair of heels! Like how can you get this wrong?! Anyway I sent them back to wait in all day the next day for them to redeliver the same BLACK SHOES OUT! Won't refund you the same day then I have to wait 5 working days for my money back! Company is a joke! Never ever again will I order from this backwards store. Can't even call it a store when they don't actually send you what you want!

Wish Id read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 dresses, both of which were too big. Sent them back and they were in the depot for a week before they reached pink boutique. Received one refund and one dress was returned due to being marked. When it left my house there was not a mark on it now theres a whopping show print inside at the top in a tread of shoe none of us own. Pink Boutique say I have worn the dress when I have not (its too big for goodness sake!) and refuse me a refund. Blatantly calling me a liar. Absolutely disgusting service

We are sorry to hear you were unhappy that your items were returned back to you. We can confirm that all items are checked upon leaving us and also when they arrive back into the warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was marked when it arrived back with us in our warehouse. Images are also taken of items by our returns department, when they arrive into the warehouse which we can then send to the customer.
We do state all information on our website in which we state, we are unable to accept items back with us which have been marked.
Unfortunately, on this occasion we were not able to accept this back with us.

Bought a pair of sandals, faulty, jewels hanging off the shoes not stuck properly. Sent back, got refund but not for the p&p to receive and send back! As with other customers, was given a whole range of excuses from customer service. All my fault apparently nothing to do with them... as usual

DONT BUY their sequin clothing theyre Poorly made!
Brought 4 dresses the quality for all wasnt good, cheap and overpriced. Received the two sequinned dresses which were poorly made and had snags and pulls, returned them all.
Few days later they sent back the dress with some lame excuse I had some makeup on it... ok however I sent back because the sequins were coming off, snagging and poorly made plus the top area was really big and didnt fit me. So Ive called them and the cheeky ppl are telling me the dress looks worn- thats why I was sending back because of the holes and worn look of the dress. Still got the tags on etc only tried on but as said was too big. So theyre refusing to give me a refund telling me Ive worn it because Ive tried the dress on... ffs whats wrong with this boutique i sent the dress back because of the defects and faults and theyre saying because of the makeup. If the item is faulty its faulty and I heard they try to get out of refunding people and should of listened to them but I liked the look of the dresses on the website. Dont buy any sequin dresses or jumpsuits because they know they are not making them well and will then tell you that you worn it because they are focusing on quanity rather than quality. Never again - lateyesha Grace stop supporting these cheap rip off boutiques! The dress cost £120 I liked the style but the overall quality was shocking! Buy a cheaper item as the sequin stuff are crap and they may accuse you of being at fault for returning theyre cheap shoddy dresses!
I see from the other reviews that this is their signature style! Claiming tan lines and makeup... which I dont wear neither!

Ordered 5 dresses so my daughter could select a dress for her prom. 1 dress was selected 4 dresses were returned as unwanted items.
They have only refunded me for 2 saying the other 2 are soiled with fake tan, so I have now payed for three dresses instead of one.
This is ridicules but having read the reviews after the event I now think they have a scam going with the fake tan comment. Please be aware when ordering from this company. Scammers

The customer service in this place is something Ive never experienced before! There refusing me a refund because I have apparently spoiled one of the products with fake tan ( funnily enough the item I hadnt tried on!) there attitude was well its not got there by itself, theres only men in the warehouse! Initiating Im a Lier! The product has been stained somewhere in the process and they choose me as the culprit! They havent even took into consideration what I am telling them!

Cant rate 0 stars Pink Boutique has no definition of the word customer service, there app is a joke, They lies and lie and lie and when you hit them with a ton of information about there practices they have no reply, do not adhear to online selling regulations absolutle shambles of a company
Absolute disaster wrong sizes, delivered too late! The worst costumer service Ive ever had to deal with! Not happy. Think twice before you order and save your self the time. Really bad
After spending almost $50.00 on items from their website it has been almost two months and i haven't received any packages and they didn't even send me a confirmation email or tracking number! Don't get scammed like me. 1 star is too generous of a review.
Payed extra for Saturday delivery, items didn't arrive. Emailed Monday and no apology just told they'd send the items out tomorrow! (Tuesday) and wouldn't cancel my order!

I ordered 2 items in may, and still haven't received them 3 MONTHS LATER! I've gone back and forth emailing Jasmin and have asked for a refund 4 times. She first said it's on it's way (though I didn't receive any tracking info) then said there was an issue with my address and then said it's already been shipped out. To top it off she never notified me of anything first; I had to send multiple emails to find out about this information. Now I worry that she took my $80 and hasn't even shipped my product and now won't refund it! So angry. DONT EVER SHOP HERE.

Bought a pair of lace panel jeans which looked great on the website, the quality when received was awful! I have literally never seen something so badly made and poor quality. Cheap quality jeans, at least a size smaller than that advertised with some poorly sewn on lace inserts.

With all new shoes it is quite common to get blisters as shoes do need to be worn in.
However, if this was really bad then we would of course advise to return these back to us for further inspection.
