I was looking for some inexpensive bathing suits. I came across PinkBasis and they happened to be having a 40% off swimwear sale. I liked the fact that they didn't sell the tops and bottoms separately so I could get both for one price. I ended up purchasing two 2 piece bathing suits for around 30 dollars. Shipping was a little pricey and promotions and coupons couldn't be combined so I spent 50 dollars total. I received my confirmation email but never a tracking number. Days went by and I ended up going to forever 21 to buy more bathing suits since PinkBasis didn't ship in time for my spring break. I had read the reviews on PinkBasis and figured I had lost my money so there was no point in calling them. Finally, I received my package about 2 weeks after my initial purchase. It was a surprise to me so I checked to see if they ever sent a tracking email. They did. It was sent 10 business days (not including weekends) after my purchase. And it said thank you for purchasing from dollicouture.com. I was confused, so I looked up the site and it is almost identical to PinkBasis who recently remodeled their site. Although I received my order with the correct items and sizes, I don't believe I will be shopping here again. Too risky.
I ordered from them over 3 weeks ago and still have yet to receive my items. I am pissed! I wish I would have found this site before purchasing from them. After doing my research, I realized that they must have gotten wind of all these negative complaint they changed there site name to: https://www.lollicouture.com slick $#*!ers! The crazy thing is the have messed with the wrong one with me. I have shut down companies like them because money is not important to me the principle is.
I was referred to pinkbasis.com by a friend of mine who has ordered from this site before. I placed an order on 2/7/14 for 2 pairs of shoes. They were 9.99 a piece, yet the shipping was 17.99. So before completing the order, I called customer service to make sure this price was correct. They said the shipping price is based on the weight of the package. I have heard of this before, but 17.99 was almost more than the shoes. But I wanted the shoes, so I paid it. Well it's 2/19/14 and I STILL HAVE NO SHOES. I placed an order with H&M and Greatglam that same day and I got both of those last week. Only paid 4.95 shipping on each one. I have been checking with fedex and the estimated arrival time is 2/21/14. OUTRAGEOUS! I paid the most shipping for these cheap shoes and have been waiting the longest to get the package. Because of this shipping issue, I started to read more about the company and noticed the website gives false information. In the customer guarantee, they speak of how fast their shipping is. What a joke. They also say that they offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING in the u.s. yet this shipping method was not even a shipping option before checkout. I will never order anything else from them again. If you were smart, you wouldn't either.
I spoke with a Gloria today 1/17/14 about my father’s stolen card being used to purchase close to $1000 from them and she was able to have the order delivery stopped and returned to them. My dad is getting the credit back to his card and I couldn't be more excited and pleased with her customer service.
Order shoes for christmas because I order shoes on sales and still paid high shipping they wont take back. The shoes are to small. I just wasted 30 buck and another order I places in november cant be returned because they are past 30 days they wont even exchange them.

Pinkbasis isnt a scam they sent the boots... Nice condition. Only thing was they were to small for its size it was supposed to be... :-\ i wished they fit really cute
My experience was awesome :). . I received my boots on time and in perfect condition. They were prefect. I had no problems reaching customer service... and they gave me a tracking # that was right on time. So for the people that had problems with these issue's i don't know why... all's i know is pink basis is not a "SCAM"

DO NOT order from this site - pink basis. It is a total scam. The clothes are not as they show on line - they are cheap and ugly. When I tried to return, all numbers are out of order and they do not issue RMA numbers. I'm out $60.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! They are liars, you will never get anyone on the phone, you have to pay to ship something back yourself and you will never get your refund. They will say they didn't receive it. Worst site ever.
Obviously the 5 stared comments are people they must have paid a lot of money to lie. Their customer service is horrible and I will never ever ever buy from here again.

BEWARE. They use the notoriously unreliable SmartPost, although they still charge a ridiculous amount for shipping, claiming they use FedEx... my package was never delivered and they refuse to issue a refund. Huge, huge scam site... don't waste your money. I got screwed... don't do the same thing and trust that a huge shipping fee actually means they'll use that money to ensure delivery. They won't.
If I could give these people no stars, i would. I purchased a pair of beige boots and paid an extra $20 for 2day air. They sent the wrong boots and then gave me the run around when I tried sending them back. It was their mistake but my headache. I'm stuck with boots I did not order. Needless to say they have horrible customer service. Buyer beware. Don't bother buying with them.
