Love Photo Pigon it has helped me stay in contact with my Feonce well he is incarcerated. Sometimes life gets so busy and all I have to just pictures from my phone and it is very cheep to do also

I used this ONE time closed my account years ago and they are still withdrawing money from my account. I spoke w a chad who is an absolute idiot. They have NOT refunded me any money. Or contacted me except for idiot chad who suggested i call 3 way with my bank. Calling them takes HOURS
This is the worst the phone calls are the same as gtl connect network pigeonly rep said its. 10 cents per minutes well we only get 15 minutes so you do the math... it's the same price 1.50 I'm not saving $#*! then you're charging me 7.99 to have a subscription for what? Ok I to had some changes to my bank account. But wasn't sure if the mistake was my fault or not. Really wasn't sure what I was doing. But once I seen I was getting charged I called them and told them what was going on. And they refunded my money with no problems. My only complaint is when I sent a letter to my inmate it took a very long time to get to him. And the site would block you from sending another one. But over all he said the picture was good. Just takes a long time to get to them.

I used it one time, did not do a subscription, and they stole from me. I have called on so many occasions in the past two weeks to get my money back, they claimed that they already did it, but it took exactly two weeks for them to tell me that it could be up to 14 business days for me to get it back. No other person said business days. They just keep lying and telling me a different day that I'm going to get it back. They stole it from me in 2 seconds, and can't give me back my money that I didn't give them permission to take. This company is morally corrupt and is placed outside the US.

Wow, I really wish I would have looked at reviews for this company before I fell for it. I paid for the monthly services to send unlimited pictures and letters. When I looked up the inmates name, all his info came right up and led me to believe they could send it to him. Well the prison ended up refusing mail from this company and it got sent back to me. Since I only needed this service to keep in contact with 1 inmate and the prison does not accept things from this company, I cancelled and asked for a refund. I was assured about 3 times now that it had been issued and I would definitely receive it within 3-5 business days. & guessss what!? It's been longer than that, I have not received it and every time I email them it takes a day or 2 to get a response and it's just the same thing every time. I also tried to call a customer service # I found on here for them and all it did was ring non stop with no answer. I feel like this is a SCAM - They know that people with inmates are usually desperate with not much money. So they're preying on them and once they got your money, that's it. It may work once in awhile but you are taking a really big risk by even trusting them to begin with, obviously a lot of the prisons don't. Sad because this could be a really good thing if only they did it right! Oh & the little 3 day "free" trial. Is a trap! Yeah you get your little 3 days and you can write a letter, but not until you gave your card info & the letter isn't sent out for 4 or 5 days later. Days after your trial ended so you are most likely gonna keep the service past the 3 days to have your letter sent out and they get you right at the start. This would have no stars at all if it was allowed!

I started using this company in Nov 2019 only to send photos the price was $4.99 a month. This SCAMMING company charged me 3,4 and 5 times a month maxing out my credit card. They were charging me $19.99 each time they only charged me $4.99 2 times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have done my research first. Once my card was maxed out I saw the declining payment of $19.99 and that's when I called my credit card company and they told me how many times a month they charged my card and how many time I was so up set... I did DISPUTE all FRAUDULENTLY charges with my bank and ready to FILE CHARGES FOR THEFT with this company. I found out everything Feb 2020...
2 times in 2 weeks they charged my card for services that I didn't request. I canceled my account over a year ago as I don't know anybody in prison anymore and no longer require their services. Both charges are recent. Still waiting on refund for first one and will be calling during business hours for this new one. This happened twice 2 years ago too, unauthorized charges. They can't tell me what was supposedly ordered and everytime I call, their excuse is "it's a glitch in our system". These charges to my card are fraudulent as they are unauthorized.

Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
