Often not processing until 2 weeks. While the others already delivered. I've been experiencing the annual fee cut my credit card every 2 or 3 days until 7 times. Both case after I call already solved. But I need keep an eyes on my account in pigeonly. This makes talking to inmates much easier. My nephew is incarcerated right now and our family really don't talk to us so all we have is each other. And it just gets hard taking care of life out here and supporting him in there.

I was not able to understand how to do the phone portion on the site, or fund the commissary at that location. I wish everyone was on board to be able to send funds. Tomorrow I will try to handle setting up the phone.
I was also deeply moved that an inmate recognized the need to create this website, and turned a negative circumstance, into a positive site that helps so many people. It gives me hope that my daughter may some day do the same. Recognize the situation that she is currently in, and turn a negative into a positive that can help other women in similar situations.
I came across this website by chance and im happy to say my curiosity paid off for once lol. Jk but seriously the amount of time and money im saving not including convenience, is pretty unbelievable. Granted this is my first time dealing with a loved one doing time, pigeonly has made communication so much easier.
Be careful when you search for these types of providers - I got linked to this very questionable company, got disconnected twice trying to figure out what happened, could not find anyone who could answer questions, and had to cancel because the service is misleading and useless to me. It's hard enough trying to get straight answers and signs of intelligent life from 5-0 much less vendors, so don't bother with Pigeonly unless you like the way the whole system makes you feel and you don't mind dealing with jailers and those who profit from suffering.

This company is very helpful for people on budget and trying to keep in touch with a love one who's away! I can send letters pictures view the web and they do the printing and sending them to your live one. So far it's been good!
My daughter uses this scam of a business i will never use or refer to anyone i like. I have witnessed all the trouble she has gone through, waiting on the phone for over an hour hung up so mad, call back option never happens. I realize this probably will never be read by anyone in management, that alone proves mine or anyone elses valuable time matter.

Very affordable option for sending photos and I'm very thankful for the discounted trial month so I have a chance to fully see how the service works. Easy account setup and registration. The entire process was very user-friendly. This was my first order so I can't yet rate the shipping/delivery speed, quality, etc. Hopefully everything goes smooth and they are delivered on Monday (today is Friday) I will try to write another review once delivery has been made. The one thing I would like to see is an app for the service to use on mobile devices.

I was actually looking for a way to send money, but discovered that they also offered convenient ways to get in contact with my loved one. The ordering process is seamless and easy and not too expensive and there is a variety of nice things to choose from. I chose the letter writing service and a phone line. I like that i can write a long letter without running out of space.

Some people was saying this was not good no more but i want know until my LO says he didn't received his pictures. But i used it along time ago and it worked just fine to me so i will see now if it is still the same.
I signed up for a free 3-day trial and decided to keep the service since the pictures I sent were not received by the end of the trial so I was charged $4.99 as agreed upon then directly afterwards was charged $19.99 two separate times and had to call their customer service and stay on hold to have them say yes we incorrectly charged you and they gave me some crap about how it happened when they changed servers I imagine they make their money by doing this to people who don't have the time to call back for the refund of the money stolen buy them.

Those are fees that are automatically charged to Pigeonly accounts depending on your subscription type.The good news is our refund policy is simple so if you were charged incorrectly the appropriate department will correct the issue and refund the charges right away.
The process to receive a refund can be as quick as 3 days but can take as long as 14 days, depending on your bank.

I appreciate the emails and notifications. I'm concerned about the lack of information and explanation provided on website for specific services. Subscription cost and details of service provided is vague when I called to clarify I was spoke to as if I should know these things when clearly this is not something I'm familiar with. Still have no idea how many pictures my subscription allows me to send and unable to determine price of phone call from the prison through this subscription. Not sure what the details of the services I'm paying for are. Wish the information was clearer. I subscribed with the idea that I'll see how this goes for a month see if I can learn the ins and outs on my own as I use the account and if not I'll cancel.

After my fiancé was incarcerated I felt completely lost. He has been gone only five days but for five very long days I have tried desperately to talk to him but my phone provider doesn't allow calls from his facility so I searched until I finally found Pigeonly. I'm still lost without him but at least I know that he now knows he hasn't lost me. And I can tell him goodnight before I go to bed with a postcard or just a photo so he doesn't feel so alone. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
