The page is really confusing, I understand that it is something extra the jail dose for inmates to be in contact with their love ones but this web site and the one other jail have are extremely hard web pages

My experience using Pigeonly has been good. It has several options on how to better keep in touch with your loved ones. The prices are a bit high but overall it is worth it because its a whole months worth.

Once again my account has been billed in error. This is the second time I have had to contact Pigeonly for incorrect billing. After being billed for $34.99 too early, I also could not log into the system to verify my billing.
I am requesting a full refund of my $34.99 back to my card IMMEDIATELY.
I signed up for a special offer that was supposed to be $34.99 for a 3 month auto pay. Next billing will be on Sept 23,2022 and I have my recipe which is attached for review.
After I have received my refund I will discontinue your services after my paid 3 month period. This company has on more than one occasion failed to bill my credit card properly which is very suspicious and can be reported as fraud to the proper departments.
I expect to hear from your company no later than 5pm central time today, 07/13/2022 concerning my refund.

I cancelled my subscription in February and have an email from Pigeonly support confirming the cancellation on February 11. I have been billed two months in a row since cancelling the subscription. Clearly, this company has problems. I would not trust them with your credit card number.

So I thought this site was gonna be some bs but turns out this site is really awesome... I love the fact that I no longer have to use a pin and paper or buy stamps. Now I can write him occasionally with all the extra stamps paper etc lol... I'd recommend this site to anyone who's loved one is in prison or jail...

I have not found a better site then this to use to send my husband postcards with. They show up in a timely manner and are of good quality. He loves waiting to hear his name called to see what his post card looks like this time. Easy to use.

I find this site to be easy to use or I can keep in touch with my inmate have calls that they can call home which helps them threw.the there time of lock. Up.the company is very helpful if there be comes a problem. I would most recommend this site
I think pigeon.ly is great overall, I really do. I think it's pretty cool how it's affordable as well; and there's so many options to choose from.The only thing I would say needs work or should be added is a possible font change, that would really make it pop. One more thing that could be added is keeping memories and track of our letters or photos that we send; and I think it'd be freaking awesome if those features were added.

They were great until I noticed I was getting charged multiple times throughout the month. I had my bank stop payment, yet they are still pulling money from my account. I have contacted support( which is located in the Philippines) and they said I would receive my money back. I still have not received it. I also did not receive the confirmation email they promised to send.
My friend said the pictures were a very nice quality. And they were received in decent timeframe. I feel like it should have been faster cause i printed and mailed some "after" I ordered them here (wasnt sure if the facility would receive mine) and mine got there faster. But not that much faster and Pigeonly's picture were better he said.
I got a confirmation that this was free. Why do I need a credit card on file if it's supposedly free so far I like the service I only sent a postcard once I really don't need anything else. And then when I looked on my account it said that I was given a 3-day trial for $19.99 if I'm already got a plan that's free I don't need that one other than that it's a good app

Miss leading to the people that look for a savings they charge you an amount and then other amounts are added to that I paid 1299 and immediately asked for my money back and was told no what kind of business does that?

After hearing about this website from my inmate, I decided to check it out and I am very glad I did. It is very simple to navigate and is user-friendly. They offer deals on a variety of services and make keeping in touch with loved ones a breeze, not to mention how much money I will be saving!
Seems like a good value, but ultra confusing and their charging system kept crashing. It still don't know what I actually signed up for or how to use the phone service or pay for it with their broken system.

Bought 1 month at $7.99. Didn't need it after a month, cancelled and thought that was the end of it. Nope. Got charges several more times. Called and had them fix it( on hold forever on the phone!) Got it reimbursed. End of story? No! They started charging again and now charging 3- times a week! Call AGAIN! On hold forever again! They are going to reimburse again.( now it's up to $32.00). I'm waiting to see how long to fix and then watch to see if more charges happen( actually having them blocked with my bank). Service for delivery was horrible. My husband didn't even get his letters till he was home for months! Be very wary of Pigeonly!
Answer: Hello: To all who have suffered multiple, unauthorized charges by Pigeonly. I have submitted all necessary info to classaction.org to initiate a class action suit. My request is being reviewed by lawyers who will let me know if Pigeonly's actions warrant a class suit. You can go to classaction.org to review the process. You may also want to check out the current suits and settlements to see if you qualify as an injured party entitled to a portion of the settlement. If the lawyers decide we have a valid case, they will draft the complaint and file with the appropriate court. The judge must approve the class action before it can go any further; the lawyers will reach out to injured parties, and/or post the suit/settlement on classaction.org, newspapers, etc. If you aren't contacted, please make the effort to join this class action once it's posted. It doesn't require an appearance in any court, nor much of your time. These people are lining their pockets at the expense of so many of us already forced to deal with unfortunate situations. Answer: I have it and for the first month worked fine now not working so I just went and got a cell # in his area and said forget it not paying for a service that does not work And when you call customer service they keep saying they are working on the issue and it has been 5 days since my first call saying it wasn't working they are letting you get through for about a month then assigning the # to someone else attaching it to that persons number a big, Ole scam do not use them
Answer: You can send a postcard or letter to your loved one and include your assigned number. Or give them the number the next time they call. Also a lot of jails have implemented emails.
