I enjoy the service as well as the effort put in to find my inmate. Still trying to learn how to use it and was able to send a letter ( I think). Not sure how to tell if it had bean read yet tho or not.

We want to thank you so much for leaving a wonderful review and signing up with Pigeonly. Here is some information on shipping and what your able to see on your end. When you send out a letter or any other services it prints within 24 hours and ships out within 3-5 business days to the inmates facility. Once it arrives there it will depend on the facility on how long it takes them to get mail to an inmate. What you are able to see is that its been shipped and delivered. Unfortunately it wont show you if the inmate opened it or not. We value you as a customer and if you need anything else please do not hesitate to give us a call 800-323-9895 M-F 6AM-6PM.

I was able to send my family a personalized greeting card in just a few minutes. The fact that I didn't have to go to the store & buy the card, write in it, & then ship it myself was the best. This is the most convenient way ever to communicate with loved ones in the system. I will continue using this service.

It was really easy to set up my account. It was a great way to confirm that I had the correct information for my friend that was incarcerated. I had confidence that my card would actually reach him. The tracking was help ful too. I can only imagine how lonely and frightening it would be to be in jail and getting mail from family and friends has got to be the best part of their day.

So I thought this site was gonna be some bs but turns out this site is really awesome... I love the fact that I no longer have to use a pin and paper or buy stamps. Now I can write him occasionally with all the extra stamps paper etc lol... I'd recommend this site to anyone who's loved one is in prison or jail...

Very affordable option for sending photos and I'm very thankful for the discounted trial month so I have a chance to fully see how the service works. Easy account setup and registration. The entire process was very user-friendly. This was my first order so I can't yet rate the shipping/delivery speed, quality, etc. Hopefully everything goes smooth and they are delivered on Monday (today is Friday) I will try to write another review once delivery has been made. The one thing I would like to see is an app for the service to use on mobile devices.
