Bought from them years ago, returned the item & told me they received the package open & empty. Why would the post office deliver an empty box. Lost My Money don't trust then or you will lose your money
I sent back a brand new pair of white sneakers due to fit. They are refusing to give me money back because they claim inside it was worn. Oh my gosh... after years of shopping on line I have never encountered anything like this.
I definitely will not order from pys.com again. I ordered a pair of shoes for my son that ended up being too big (their sizing charts were not at all accurate). I exchanged them for a smaller size and was charged a restocking fee of $8.00 (over 18% of the cost of the shoes) just to exchange the size. Very unresponsive customer service, there was no way to talk with a manager either. I would not recommend using this company.
I love this site! They have great products, same price as in store and a lot of different items. They specialize in sports shoes almost all brands. I'm greatly satisfied and i'm planning on getting more products from them

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 2 pairs shoes from there website. Shipping was free and suppose to be 15-25 days. Shipping was 40 days and they sent me a wallet. I contacted them and asked for a refund and they tell me they can only give me 60% because of shipping and materials. Please explain to me how I'm at fault and they keep 40%. Everyone do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The classic you get what you pay for comes to mind here.
I found a pair of sneakers I really liked from this site. They are super cute. They are light blue with a pink sole. I wear them like everyday. I didn't have any problems with this company. I have only used them once though, and I have never tried to return an item.
NO NO NO! Ordered a pair of shoes for my son for Christmas... ordered the wrong size... returned them... took them 12 days to get back to me to even let me know they got my shoes (after many times trying to call them) had to pay another shipping charge of $12 to get them returned and STILL haven't received them! Can't talk to a live person (ever). All I want is the shoes I have paid for (plus $12 shipping... twice) and I will NEVER do business with this company again!

Of course we all know how reliable the BBB is after the recent news on them. So why then do they have bad ratings here on sitejabber and especially why did a spammer post in the Q&A section all of those spam keywords? I decided to help the spammer out and entered in all of the keywords she spammed here on the tags. Now we can get indexed and people can write about their experiences on pickyourshoes.com. I am giving a Meh rating because I called the phone and nobody picked up and second they chose to spam themselves in the Q&A section.
Always been where I buy my sneakers, basketball shoes and running shoes. Sometimes I try them on in the store and then come and look for deals to buy them online. Pickyourshoes baby, you got my vote.
I bought a pair of jordans. Everything was great. I got them in less than a week, with a little steven nash toy, wich i thought was an amazing touch. The shoes look, and i want to emphize on LOOK, great. However, i put them on only once, went to my friends house, and when i came back notice that the yellow on both shoes began to crack. THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE, do to the fact that i had already put the shoes on. BS... BS, not sure about other shoes, but do not get the jordan retro 3 do the right thing verstion from this site... RIP OFF... RIP OFF
Ordered 4 pairs, 1 pair completely different boot, 1 pair back ordered, 1 pair completely different heel color, last boot... haven't heard a word! They are all cheezy!
