I decided to start a 2-day trial membership. I checked out the site a little bit and it was ok, and I would have looked into other aspects of it to see if it was really for me until I saw that I was immediately charged twice for the 2-day trial. Then I looked to see if there was a way to manage my account while logged in and there isn't! I hate sites like this! There is no way within the site to easily see my profile, and most importantly, CANCEL. So I logged back out and checked the cancellation information provided on the main site. To cancel, you are directed to a very generic form in which at least three field of information must be completed and submitted to find the member. This external type of form seems very unsafe as the member must provide their username, PASSWORD and full CREDIT CARD NUMBER. Reluctantly I completed the form only to receive the error message: NO ACCOUNT FOUND BASED ON SUBMITTED INFORMATION. So again, another intentional roadblock to make it impossible to cancel. I have now emailed the company two days in a row and have not received a response. Now I am waiting on hold to speak to a customer service representative. I have been waiting for 45 minutes! Every thirty seconds or so, a recorded message states I may press 2 to receive a message, but guess what? That voicemail box is unable to receive messages at this time - so two more roadblocks: no way to leave a voicemail, and now I am sure the goal is to keep me waiting so long I eventually give up and then forget to call again. Meanwhile, I have paid $30 for about 20 minutes worth of content (which is not that great btw). I have literally never in my life signed up for an adult site before and now I am learning why. These sites are predatory and shady - I thought this one was different as it touts itself as ethical and for women, but it is not. It is scammy.
BTW, sitejabber asks its reviewers to submit a confirmation email showing proof of purchase but users of sssh.com do not receive a confirmation email of any kind - no welcome email, nothing.
Nightmare. Scam operation. Stay away.
They wrap you up in an automatic monthly payment and make it difficult for you to trace what's going on. Once you figure it all out they don't respond. You're forced to cancel your card. I think the payment is associated with sssh.com. I wish more people would speak up about it. What they're doing is wrong and they must be stopped.
Phenix Credit Group is a legitimate credit repair service, but I was deeply disappointed with their customer service. I worked directly with Ashton Ammons. He talks a good game up front setting expectations, but the follow-through just wasn't there after I paid up front. There are promises of follow-up consultations to track the progress, but those never happened. I definitely don't think I got what I paid for, and would strongly recommend others against making this same mistake.
It's a scam. Signed up for free trial and was immediately billed $4.95. Three days later another charge for $19.95 appeared. Had to cancel card and dispute charges.
Associated with www.sssh.com. Ripoff, I took a 2-day trial, it automatically enrolled me in 1-month trial & wouldn't refund me since I hadn't read all the fine print.
