Great website... asinine customer service and policy.

Two day free trial, did not cancel during the 48 hours with a long weekend.
Enjoyed the site, discussed with partner, best price was for the year which we agreed.
Saw the monthly charge of 19.99 on bank account, called Phoenix group to take the charge off so we could purchase year, told purchase year after the month... wth... I said I will go to bank and stop the 19.99 charge... he stated " account will be sent to credit collectors" and "your credit will be marred".
This sounded like a canned policy statement.
Do not do business with companies too stupid to know how to make decisions to better their business or to take care of customers.
